Solid Case
This server chassis is just right size for us. It's 4U so we can actually put in 2 graphic cards and now we just need a rack for it. This is an affordable solution for home office.

It is a beast
RackOwl sure has built a beast when it comes to this machine. The three front bays hold five drives each, but you do have to open the case up to get at the screws and release tabs that hold the cages in place. The three 120mm fans on the front do a lot to keep air moving, but they have Molex connectors and run at full speed.I have been able to fit a full size ATX motherboard inside, and there is lots of room to put expansion cards, even one of the high end graphics cards from today. I like that with a server board I've been able to use the front network activity lights too!Now to the downside, the size. It is both a pro and a con. The 4U tall means you can put a tower air cooler on a CPU and it fits just fine. I've actually ordered the RackOwl rails to use it in my 19" rack but it is just a hair or two too wide to slide with the rails into the rack. I've never had problems with any other shelf or gear I've put in that rack, so I don't know exactly which to blame. I was thinking at first I might not keep this but now that I've got a different motherboard inside I think it will work out. Especially since the front cover has a lock and kids or cats will not be able to hit the power or reset buttons.

Rackmount Server Chassis
When I made the decision to modify the configuration of my home server a few weeks ago, I opted to utilize this product, and I have been fairly satisfied with how it has been functioning up to this point. As a result of the fifteen 3.5-inch drive bays, this rackmount server chassis and server case with four units provides a substantial amount of space for expansion. That being said, I believe that this capacity is ideal for anybody who is running numerous drives for RAID setups or a media server that is very data-intensive. When I first started thinking about it, I was worried about whether or not my bigger ATX motherboard would be able to fit inside comfortably. However, it turned out that the compatibility with ATX/CEB boards was not difficult at all. Following the completion of the installation, I was able to fully enjoy the three 120mm front cooling fans as well as the two 80mm fans located in the back. In light of the fact that I operate my system continually, I am relieved to see that those fans do a good job of maintaining temps at a reasonable level. The design of the airflow seems to have been carefully considered, ensuring that all of the internal components get enough ventilation. Despite the fact that it adds an additional degree of protection, the specific device I experienced seemed a little bit tight to use. Even while it is not a deal-breaker, it did need some more work on my part to get it to lock and unlock without any hiccups. If only things were enhanced a little bit, this chassis would be almost perfect for my requirements if it were upgraded.

Great for small businesses
The server case is huge and pretty strong for data storage! It’s a very good start for me for a small business. We need the server chassis for important data and basic operation. And it really helps us on data.

4U Server Case - Spacious and Secure, but Not the Most Efficient
This 4U server case offers excellent capacity and features for high-performance builds. With 15 bays for 3.5" HDDs, compatibility with ATX/CEB motherboards, removable graphics card holders, and a locking front panel, it’s well-suited for setups that demand storage and security. Cooling is well-handled with 3x 120mm fans in the front and 2x 80mm fans in the rear, ensuring good airflow. However, this case is far from toolless. Just opening it requires four screws, which adds time to maintenance or assembly. Drives must also be screwed in individually, which further reduces efficiency for frequent or large-scale deployments. While the locking front panel is a nice touch for security, the overall design feels a bit dated in terms of ease of use.For those prioritizing capacity and durability over speed of access, this case is a solid option. Just be prepared for a screw-heavy assembly process. I recommend it with that caveat.

Huge space for data storage
This is a huge server chassis for our small store. Plenty of storage for our data.
