The simplicity, size and convenience of this unit sets it apart!
I've used many of these types of units. This one works pretty much the same as the others. Sticky pads and unit function with the same effectiveness as other units I have owned. What really makes me impressed is the size of the unit. This is by far the smallest unit I've ever owned. Very easy to put in your pocket and carry around with you. It's also very simple to operate. It should take you no more than 30 seconds to figure it out. I appreciate that there are only 6 modes because sometimes these units can get out of control with all the different options they offer. It's also so easy to change the intensity with the wheel on the right side of the unit. Power and Mode are a button right above the wheel. So easy to change mode and intensity. One the left side of the unit is a lock/unlock switch, which is a simple addition, but so effective. If I just want to keep it going the way it's going, I just lock it. If I want to change it, I unlock it, make my changes, and then lock it again. So convenient! It's these little things that set this unit apart. The velcro attachments to all the cords make it so easy to "clean up" those cords. Other units did not have this. Because of the size, the simplicity of use and the convenience of it, I'm much more likely to use this more often than other units I've owned. In short, it's a great product. An easy 5 stars!

First time TENS user and very impressed
I generally play indoor pickleball three times a week and swim laps for1.5 miles twice a week. I love both, but at 78 my body is growing less enthusiastic about them. Lately I have been having trouble with leg pain at night and some back pain. I hate the idea of resorting to taking medications, but am determined not to voluntarily give up my routine if I can maintain it.When I saw this little TENS unit I thought that for $50 (the price at the time) it was worth a try. I have never used a device like this, but the instructions are simple enough and I used it on my quads just above the knee, experimenting with the various levels and modes, and also used it on my upper back.I am not in any way an expert, but I have experienced a noticeable lessening of my pain and have not had any night leg-wakeups. I realize it might just be psychological, but the results are there. In addition to what is shown being in the package, there is also an offer to provide an additional full set for pads for free. At $50 this little jewel was worth it, and at the current $20 price it is a steal.

Well designed and very small
The Foxpeed device is one of the most compact TENS units that I have ever used. Its controls are intuitive. It doesn't have all the options of some of the bigger units, but it has the key features and doesn't overcomplicate things. Since I use a TENS unit regularly to control recurring neck pain, I find this unit very convenient to throw in a carry-on bag and use anywhere. It is a two-channel TENS unit, which means that it can support two leads, each with two TENS pads working simultaneously. Unlike some units, the channels do not allow for separate modes or intensity settings. When using both channels (four pads), the mode and intensity are the same for both channels. Since I generally only use one channel (two pads), this doesn't pose any problem for me.There are 3 TENS modes for pain reduction and 3 EMS modes for muscle stimulation. The display does not provide information about what each mode is doing, but I suspect many home users will just pick the mode that feels good to them and that's okay. However, if you are planning on using a TENS unit under the guidance of a physical therapist or other medical professional, you might find this unit to be limited. There are less expensive units that even have four independent channels and provide information about the electrical frequency and pulse width. This unit's strength is that it does a good job of keeping things simple in a small and well-designed form factor. The bright red, semi-hard carrying case was meticulously designed to protect the unit. It featured foam padding inside to cushion the device, a plastic plate for storing the TENS pad when not in use, and a separate compartment for an extra set of cables and spare TENS pads. Replacement TENS pads are easily available from a variety of sellers on Amazon.

I love this Tens unit
The Tens unit came packaged nicely with a good set of instructions. The red case you see in the second picture is a nice addition for holding everything. It came with 4 sets of 4 each for a total of 16 pads. The 4 sets are different sizes. One of the best features this Tens unit has is a lock. When you get it set where you want it, flip the lock tab and drop it in your pocket and it will stay on for 20 minutes. Another good feature is the snaps that lock the pads to the cords. The wheel is great for adjusting the level and turning it on and off is easy with the side button above the wheel. I like this Tens unit better than any of the ones that I have bought from the chiropractors. It is worth all 5 stars all the way.

A real good deal $$$.
This unit is compact and powerful. There are 6 different modes and the battery lasts for over an hour at the mid strength settings. It is easy to operate and understand. The instructions are small print but understandable. The leads are long enough to reach your feet if you want. U use the unit on my shoulders and it works just as good as the one at the physical therapy clinic but is much cheaper and more convenient. Once I have it attached a and operating I can put it in my pocket and move around normally. It does a good job of relaxing my shoulders and neck and gives some pain relief. I really like it and it is much less expensive the the competition. Highly recommended.

Exactly as advertised
I really like this TENS unit! It's very compact and comes in a very cool case. It came with plenty of replacement pads and I've already used it on my shoulders. The instructions are great and very detailed. I only wish I could operate each channel/side independently - I had to pads on each shoulder and wanted less intensity on my left shoulder, but that's not possible. However, I can use this as a travel unit for relief when away from home.
