Not as easy as it might look
Not as easy as it might look. I’m working my way up to 30 minutes every morning— so far I can do 10 minutes… I’ll be 70 years old in August and along with upper body workouts with free weights, this has made a huge difference in just two weeks… I feel energized and ready to start my day.

Great place to start.
She loves it. As soon as it was unboxed she had already found a YouTube video and began from what I could see to be a grueling workout. Sturdy construction until she can make her way to a studio. Honestly she might not have too.

Decent for your money
I was excited to get this. Pros: very easy to use and folds up nicely for an easy store. The value is fair for the build of the product. I had it on a thick rug so it didn’t move or slide which was great. The con: was that the left side of the machine kept jamming so that’s why I rated it a 4 star and had to return it. Functionally would have been great if this didn’t happen.

On-time delivery. Definitely will break a sweat! I like the product because of all the functions and it's easy to store.

Way to much hype and cheaply made for the price they asked.
The product is all plastic and seems to bend when being used. The handles are cheap plastic and feel like they with break after a short time. The bands are thin and weak. Over all this product is over priced. Should reasonably be around $50-$75. Not impressed after all the hype that is surrounding the is product. Did not receive the timer as well so will have to return and receive the product again so I can get the timer.

This is a great accessory to add to your workout routine. It’s convenient, easy to use, storage space. You can feel the muscles awaken within one minute of use. It’s great for the quick minute and short on time workouts.
