Epson Flakes are a Thing !
After reading that Epson flakes absorb into your body better than epson salt, I ordered this product. Love this product! I have reordered this product twice . A hot bath in this product works on those aches and pains.

The best magnesium there is!! I know it seems like a lot, but follow the instructions and you will feel the difference after you use this for a bath.
