This was an upgrade for me and it was a great choice. The Robot can now spray water as it cleans which is different from the Robot of years ago. The suction is also much stronger making it more reliable and the company sends it with every item needed for the robot including batteries. Most importantly the Company stands by its 2 year warranty if there are any issues.

This is a good option. I tried two other manufacturers models and this is the best of the three.Good option. Why?--Consistently sticks to it’s pattern-Handles arches well-Handles narrow edges on windows extremely well and self-recovers as necessary-Cleans the windows-Less expensive than the other two models I triedWhat could be better?-Pads do leave some lint which drives me nuts because I have to wipe the lint off fast before it dries (the other two options did the same). This is still better than cleaning the windows without the robot.-Squirts a little too much water but the spray can be turned on/off with the remote.Neutral comments-Other robots have several patterns this has one. No big deal for me.

My daughter bought one and was just blown away about how great it worked. We just purchased a house that has a lot of windows and I have a slobbery hound dog so I was really gonna put it to the test. I cannot say enough great things about this item. It’s funny because now I almost want my windows to get dirty just so that I can use it.If I did have to say one negative thing about it which it’s really not negative is that it does work very quickly. The first couple of windows that I used it on, I walked away to go do something else and came back and it was already finished and the windows looked amazing.

Lo he utilizado tres veces desde q lo recibí y la verdad no deja los vidrios tan limpios como pensaba. Hay que pasarlo dos veces y queda marcada la mopa (círculo). Otra cosa negativa es q se puede usar solo enchufado por lo que vi (pensé q era inalámbrico) y eso dificulta la tarea, el cable q se engancha etc por lo cual cuando limpias tenes q estar ahí al lado mirándolo. Seguiré probando si puedo mejorar

Muy buen producto, el precio super accesible. Deja algunas marcas pero nada de importancia.Tiene muy buena autonomia

The media could not be loaded. So far, I find it excellent!!! I also have de HUTT W9 and this is by faaaaaaaaaar better. Actually, the W9 doesn't move despite its the warranty replacement. This one literally is plug and play. For windows a little bit dirty, you have to pass it twice; new pads each time. I have de W2 and W5, the W5 is the one to buy because it sprays.

We love this item. It cleans windows great. But why was no storage case included like is shown in the photos?
