The media could not be loaded. I bought this phone last week December 15, 2024 I'm glad I did. I have a Verizon SIM Card on a Verizon phone plan with Unlimited Data, text messaging, unlimited HotSpot. I flipped my SIM Card from my Verizon Phone I got from Verizon 4yrs ago and bam I got action. I suggest you do a few things to make your investment of your new I24 Ultra Phone is to purchase you a C to C connectors so that when you want transfer all your Data aka Pictures and files it will be much easier to do that do try to use your home Wifi, through this C to C connector Cable will be much easier. Absolute nightmare. As soon as I got this phone I started getting to s of phishing scams and weird accounts using my phone number for cash app and an annoying ad that. U can't really get rid of whenever u try to open a link or website. I believe this phone was sent to me with malware. I should have just bought the real Samsung. I'm getting rid of it and getting a phone from my actual store.

I should have known something was off...the biometrics allowed any finger on my right hand to open the phone... wouldn't verify my cash app.... and I got a notification to remove my battery because of the temperature and you can't remove the battery and approximately 2 months go by and the phone gets so hot for no reason , shuts off and I was never able to turn it back on it won't charge or power on a complete waist of my money and the company should be ashamed for creating and selling something so cheap in quality it's absurd I didn't try to return it or try to get my money back because it was outside 30 days I'll just never buy a phone from Amazon ever again. And if I could give negative stars I would they don't deserve not one star.

Do Not Buy This Phone! it was supposed to be unlocked but it is registered to T mobile and i haven’t been able to get ANY FREAKING SUPPORT TO MAKE THIS POS WORK! WORST $188 I ever spent!

Worst sound of any phone to date. Not easy to set up. Cannot recommend it.

Very disappointed was unable to transfer the data from my old android galaxy note10+ to this phone. I had to get a phone from my servicer. Don't buy it.
