Best purchase!
I have never been happier with a purchase. I was a little nervous purchasing a couch from Amazon and the thought of having to put it together, had me worried! But when I say this was the easiest process ever, it was! It is a two person job but it was effortless and the process took us about an hour. I love all the features! The LED lights, the charging ports, the extra storage in the armrests and the pull out itself is very comfy! I definitely recommend and I absolutely love the color!

I like the sofa make quality and more importantly the customer support
The sofa installation took me 3-4 hours since I am doing such stuff for the first time and did it almost alone with limited help from my wife. Absolute value for money.I truly appreciate the customer support here. Just within a day after installing, my kid accidentally slipped and ended up breaking the right holder of the sleeper part.I contacted and seller and they promptly helped me ship the same part.

Only received half a couch.
I did not receive both boxes from this shipment. I only received part of the couch. The cushions are way smaller than what is shown. Definitely is not what’s in the picture. I will update after seller contacts me and this is rectified.

Not bad for the price
The media could not be loaded. The couch is not bad for the price. It is a little small but I measured it and it is the exact size that they said it is. I am 6ft tall and can lay down between the armrests and fit. If I sit on the lounge side my feet hang over a little but it’s not bad. Overall I’d say a 4-5 star couch for the price.
