This is my favorite addition I’ve ever made to my home fitness routine. Home workouts can get boring or monotonous easily, but pairing my favorite music through the Bluetooth speakers and cycling through all the different modes and differing speeds gives me a different workout each time. The lights also draw in your attention making workout feel like a game instead of just a plain boxing routine. The flexibility really helps me hone in on days I want to focus more intensely, but also gives me a 24/7 partner that’s more engaging then a punching bag.It’s also incredibly beginner friendly, and has gotten my kid fascinated with working out. The included gloves are very comfortable, and protect your knuckles with adequate padding.It’s very easy to install, and you can easily move it if needed. It sticks on with Velcro which also makes it super renter friendly. I’ve moved it around several times so far without any wall damage.

The media could not be loaded. This is my first time ever purchasing something like this and I have to say I love it!It was super easy to set up on the wall (it comes with the strips to hang it!) The Bluetooth speaker can get very loud so that’s a PLUS in my book! It comes with gloves we’ve had this for 5 months and they haven’t torn or worn down at all! I let my Daughter use it from time to time (she’s 10) just for Fun but it’s actually a great workout for the arms/upper body! It has different speeds as well as 3-4 different difficulty modes (Beginner,Moderate and Hard) also has 2 functions for sounds Music mode and Bluetooth mode. I highly recommend this Boxing set if you are looking for one and if something ever happen to mine I’d buy this same one again!

I got this for me to workout but its fun for the whole family. No building, Very easy set up, cool design, velcro tape hold strong. Heavy duty build takes hard punched no problem. It has many easy simple buttons for speed plus other settings on it with added Bluetooth capabilities with clear loud sound. This is an awesome work out essential plus gives the kids something to be active with also. Great value for the money.

Just received it yesterday and have completed three workouts. Although I do wish it was a little larger diameter and the gloves were a better quality. Overall, it is a great machine for beginners. We are using it for my husband to help with hand-eye coordination, strength, and cognitive skills (he has Alzheimer's); we try to find things that can keep him active, both physically and mentally, yet keep it fun and entertaining so he does not become bored or discouraged. I used a bronze permanent marker to mark the center outline of the punching areas so my husband can recognize where to punch a little easier; this might be something to consider during manufacturing.

So far it’s way nicer than the last one we tried the gloves it comes with are way better quality as well. It is a little difficult to hit exactly in that tiny area it has you hit though. Was easy to connect to my phone, the grip for the Velcro is pretty strong, and sounds okay. Will update if it changes
