We liked the product but would have liked all to have worked.

I bought two packages of these for a total of 12. They are working flawlessly, except for one who was dead on arrival. Thankfully, I only needed 11 so for the price, I was not worried to have one dud out of twelve. I am using them for centers of Christmas wreaths in each of my windows/doors, so they are outside.I found out really quick that they come back on by themselves, although I cannot figure out the rhyme/reason why they do... maybe photo-voltaic? No idea, but the other 11 have been working thru rain, snow, and cold temps without a single complaint.Initially, I ran them on the 8-hour setting, but after a week or so I set them to the 4 hour setting. It's almost Christmas and we only changed the batteries once (after only one's batteries died). So for night-after-night, I'd say they do pretty well on a set of batteries for more than 2 weeks.Taking away only one star because I can't take way 1/12th of a star for the DOA dud I got. :)

These fit well on the holder but they look very plastic and nothing real about themI like the timer but o will continue to look for more real looking tapers.

We have 5 dogs (and sometimes more w/fosters) and we get a little concerned about open flames.Have used past 4 weeks and they are OK. Real candles are better, but these are OK. Would have preferred more flexibility with the timer (4 hr, 8 hr). Flicker part is so-so.BUT, all in all, works for us. Just dont lose the remote timer.

I initially ordered these candle lights. For a few days they worked but then the timer would not work and the remote control would not turn them on. I returned them and requested a replacement. I received them and they work great. I set them to turn on for four hours starting at 7:00 pm and off at 1100 pm. They have been working perfect much better than the first set.

These candles are pretty good for the most part. The remote works well. They do look very fake, but for me, I got them to go in my windows for Christmas and most of those style candles do. The one thing that is a little unpredictable is the timer in the candles. The nice thing is, once you set them for four or eight hours, they should come on at that time every day. The bad thing is, they are not connected nor satellite candles, so they seem to have no way of staying in sync and knowing exactly when to start and end. I bought two packs. I noticed once they were set the one candle turned back on in the day time instead of night when I set them. This is easily fixed though to turn on the remote, however then you will need to fix each night.

I bought 5 sets of these candles over several months to use at a Harry Potter party coming up next week. (Couldn’t afford to buy 5 sets at once.) I wanted to be able to turn them off and on with a remote and not do it individually. They are good candles but I should have checked each candle individually when they arrived. I checked the first box... all worked perfectly. The next month I checked the second box... all worked perfectly. As the remaining 3 boxes came I quit checking and assumed they were good but that was a mistake. Just today I pulled the remaining sets out to to start prepping for the party and one of the sets has a defective candle. I changed the batteries, etc. but nope. It’s just a dud. And now it’s too late to return it. Take my advice and check EVERY SINGLE CANDLE to make sure it works. I wish I had. Other than that, they are seriously perfect and match the description 100%. Just wish I was able to use all of them.

I have 5 windows over my front door that are each about 12 inches square. They just BEG to be decorated, and until now I have not been able to figure out a way to do lights. Well! I found YOUR lights, and as they are shorter than most, battery powered, softly glowing- I went ahead and ordered them. I am absolutely delighted! I also got the suction cups to hang them and they all worked perfectly right out of the box. And WOW: BATTERIES INCLUDED! I put them up that very night, and they went off precisely 6 hours later. I am beyond thrilled with this purchase. I am the only one in my neighborhood who has put lights in those windows and our house looks great! Thank you for the great product, quick service, and the obvious intention your company has to make your customers happy. It doesn't get any better than that!
