I wasn't sure when first received it as it didn't seem to be more cushion than the pad that comes with, but, after 2 days of using my face is no longer red, burning and sore for days. It feels comfortable and I like the cooling feel it has when you first put it on.The only reason I'm not giving 5☆ is the material does leave wrinkles on my face from where it wrinkles and it sticks to my face a bit. Haven't checked the vent abilities yet as I just got the Meta and am still getting used to everything.

Don't not waste your money on the expensive Facebook branded face masks. These provide so much more comfort than what comes with the Oculus it's a game changer.

This make a huge difference compared to using the stock face cushion. Highly recommend.

Definitely a good pad. I was disappointed that there was only one frame. I have two 3s and needed two frames. It only comes with one frame and two pads.

This face mask for my meta quest 3s was a literal game changer for me. It replaced the “scratchy” face mask from the original setup and makes gaming so much more comfortable. It is easy to swap out. Definitely worth the cost.
