This cloud couch is everything I wanted it to be. It was easy to put together. My fiancée and I had it together a little over an hour but that was an us problem and triple checking instructions which were very well written. The pictures were super helpful as well. Everything you need is in the boxes.Next, let me explain that this isn’t my first time buying couches online. The last couch I had, was low to the ground, too firm of seats and the back cushions were a joke. The height of the back cushions and the seat depth was embarrassing. It costed me $300 less than this couch but this couch blew me away. I cannot express how wonderful it has been to me and my fiancée. The ottomans turned this into chaise like seating and I have been sleeping good. It’s sometimes hard to get through a movie because I will fall asleep. I appreciate the craftsmanship and sturdiness of this couch. When sitting on it, you do not feel the hardware. Just straight comfort and softness. If you are looking for a firm couch, this isn’t for you. It is very soft and plush. The seats are so wide and deep so I promise you will be comfortable. The back cushions are high too. I’m 5’9 and I can sit back comfortably.Now with all the good there are some bad. But the bad can be fixed for your comfort and how you want even though for the price, the couch is good as is honestly. So the back cushions are not secured on anything so they will slip around a bit. Not a big issue for me. The legs are only 3inches so it will be super low to the ground. If you are tall like myself, I would invest in 4-6inch legs and problem solved! Lastly, if you have wood flooring or any flooring where furniture can easily move; the legs will slide around on the floor. I purchased rubber pads to keep the couch sturdy and it has been perfect. Other than that, this couch is perfect for the price! You cannot beat it.I would like to show love to the seller as their customer service is top tier and amazing. I had an issue and they were on it and solved it quickly with urgency. Very nice and understanding. This couch is wonderful and will accommodate anyone. All I can say is good luck trying to stay awake while watching tv on this thing.

I do have to say I agree with the other reviewers that this couch is slightly too low and I will be purchasing taller legs. I do have to say that they are really comfortable and my boyfriend didn’t seem to have too much trouble to put it together.However, the number one thing that sets this sofa far apart from anything else, is amazing customer service. With us ordering the sectional sofa with the ottoman and the chair what got sent confused us and Amazon only gave us the tracking info for the first of 2 shipments (some came UPS and the other FedEx). We originally thought we were missing items and had weird duplicates. Upon reaching out to Amazon later that night I had a response from the customer service team who informed me of the other shipment how everything was shipped and in the end I should have everything perfectly. And of course they were correct and not only was everything taken care of quickly but the customer service team is so friendly. 10/10 recommend this company and if they offer other goods will definitely be looking at those to purchase if needed.

I ordered this couch after a lot of hesitation, and am glad I did! My expectations were definitely met. The couch arrived 6 days earlier than I was expecting, and was put together easily in about an hour. A lot of the reviews have complained about it being too short, once the cushions were on, I don’t think it’s any shorter than any other couch I looked at. It’s sturdy but soft, although, I do notice some sinking in one of the cushions. I guess I’ll see after having it for a while longer how it holds up, but couch easily switch that cushion out with one of the ottoman cushions for longer use. The ottomans aren’t connecting, which I like because we can move the pieces for when we want to sit closer together. Overall definitely worth it for the price!

It’s bigger than i thought it would be ngl 😭 i love that though! 1st thing - ALL of the couch is damn there washable except the very base. Everything else unzips and can be washed! Which was expexy important for me.2. Thick! It’s definite thick and it feels firm enough - you will not sink into the couch when you sit!3. Very sturdy! Lemme start with saying - every single box came with more instructions and screws and stuff so i have hella extra screws but that means that if you lose any! You’ll have extra pieces to compensate for it.4. Assembly was easy!!! I would’ve been able to do it myself (my mom ended up helping me - which was nice - took us about an hour bc she moves too slow lolol)5. Creamy color like i wanted! It’s not white it’s definitely creamy beige it’s light enough for me it’s gorgeous6. Delivery - IT CAME EARLY!!!! Omg i was so excited. 3 boxes total - first 2 arrived then last box came the very next day! Quick delivery shipped fast! Lovely lovely and the seller reached out as soon as i placed order :’)7. No places for storage - that wasn’t my focus or concern though just wanted to add that in there!Lastly: I’ve officially had the couch up for 2 days now! I’m in love. All these blankets are on it bc i haven’t gotten the fabric protector yet - and I’m letting my dogs vibe with me - so keeping it cute !! But i am in love with the couch! Can’t wait to get a new rug to match! It’s so cute i would 10/10 recommend and would buy it again!

The couches were bigger than I expected but I was actually happy about it. They are good quality and very comfortable. I did contact the seller since I thought there were missing pieces. Turns they had to send through two different carriers. I received the missing pieces the next day. They had a bit of a smell but nothing too bad and it went away in a day or two.

nice and thick! feels like it will definitely last us a while. It took about an hour and a half for my husband to put together the photos on the directions were weird but he was able to figure it out! I definitely recommend
