I was replacing my 24" double oven and decided to redesign the kitchen. I bought this 24" unit wall unit to see how it would go. First and most important, this model is not made for the USA market. Amazon should disclose this in their listing. The cord that is attached is clearly for the EU and/or Asian Market, but not for American wired homes. You will have to cut the cord and hard-wire it to use it. The second thing is the oven will not display date and time. The only time, the time is displayed is when cooking. A little unnerving when you're used to looking up and seeing the time while in your kitchen. The 3rd problem is it only cooks/displays in Celsius temperature. Sadly, we don't use metric measurements in America, and there is no way to display in Fahrenheit. There is also no support. Not telephone, email, chat or website.Those are the negatives. The positives are the oven cooks exactly as stated. In fact, when using the pre codes settings, your dish will turn out perfectly. Each feature works well and it was a joy to cook with it.For the American market, this would only need a little engineering tweaks to dominate the USA market. With the price point, cooking and styling it has, if I lived in the EU or Asia, I would rate this a good buy. However, for the USA market, it's not ready for prime time.

Have not been able to install yet as it came with a type G plug from the UK! Amazon needs to inform US buyers!!THIS SHOULD BE IN THE DESCRIPTION!!! THE DIMENSIONS ARE ALSO DIFFERENTTHAN STATEDAND NO HELP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE.

No Time-of-day clock, calibrated in Celsius Degrees only. Plug-in is three phase but not Compatible with USA standards.
