Very well made and so comfortable!! The assembly was easy! Love the deep red color! The support to the neck and lower back is amazing. The wheels move so smooth on the floor!!!

I recently purchased this chair to use in my new home office. It was pretty easy to assemble however the instructions are quite confusing. Perhaps just my user manual but it seems like every screw in the pages was misprinted with the same size so you had to use a little bit of brain power to determine what screws go where. That being said, once it was assembled it's incredibly comfortable, the pillows are great, I didn't put the footrest on because I'll mostly be using it at my desk, but I sit in it for about 10 hours a day and I've had no pain.

The chair looks nice but the arms are very loose with the bolts tightened all the way and the leg rest feels like it could snap any second. Spend the extra money for a nicer chair or be disappointed with your purchase like I am

Love this chair. Had my old one for way too long and needed a replacement. The set up was fun and informative and the chair felt sturdy as hell when fitting pieces and sections together. Im also a larger guy thats tall as well and i can sit quite comfortably in it for hours either playing video games or chatting with friends or working. The padding is comfortable and the chair itself us strong and sturdy even when i lean back. The pillows weren't really necessary but they were perfectly firm, giving just the right amount of support each needs to give. Would always recommend this brand and type of chair for anyone.

The product itself was amazing!!!! The instructions on the other hand, were terrible. Nothing was labeled in the packaging and the pictures WITH labels were the wrong labels. So the entire time you are putting this together, it's a complete guessing game on which screws go where.

This gaming chair has been instrumental for my husband in returning work after a knee replacement (and previously a hip replacement). It is very sturdy, has great back support (the lumbar support is great), and the ability to recline somewhat. My husband still works full time in front of a computer (age 73), this chair is very comfortable in comparison to his previous desk chair. While the description says “gaming chair”, we have found it more than adequate for my husband’s work from home job.

Missing pieces and the screws were misaligned so I couldn't put all the screws in. 👎

Great chair for the price.Packaged well, easy to put together and comfy, bonus leg rest too . Seats a 16st human with wiggle room to spare. 5/5
