Simple to use, effective
This dehumidifier is perfect for small spaces like a closet, which is where I'm using it. Since I have it in the closet, I don't currently need the drain tubing, but I overlooked the drain plug that was in the bag with tubing attachments. I just started using it without it, and there's not a crazy amount of moisture (thankfully) so I ended up emptying it after a week or so and it was 1/5 full. That happens to align pretty closely with the drain hole though, so I learned quickly (and somewhat painlessly) that the drain needs to be plugged!!! If I had let it go much longer, it would have been 'self draining' on my carpet. The hole is now plugged and it works great. The only annoyances are that there's a light, even in night mode, and that if it's plugged in but not turned on, the light flashes. If I have windows open or something, I don't want to run the dehumidifier, but I'd prefer to leave it plugged in and just turn it off. The flashing light got pretty annoying in the small gap between my closet doors at night, so i'll have to come up with a fix for that in the future (maybe just tape over lights). The value for utility with this is good, and it's nice to have around, especially when you live in a rainy climate like me and want to keep your closet/shoes/clothes nice and dry and mold-free.

Works great
Works well and it's great. It looks durable and can hold a lot of water. It also has a draining hose included so I'm grateful for that. Not too noisy.

Won't work in low temperatures
Beware the fine print. The problem is the fine print is in the manual not on the Amazon site. Here's the problem. I was only getting 2 tbsp of water a day from a room where I used to take out a gallon a day with a different unit. I put another unit from another space in the same room and sure enough still got a gallon a day when this one only would yield a few drops. I was about to return as defective then read the fine print in the owners manual. There you discover that this unit does not effectively remove moisture if the air temperature is below 60 degrees. That makes this pretty much useless in a space such as a basement or other area such as mine where it is used infrequently so we keep the thermostat turned down but need a dehumidifier to keep the moisture and mildew down. Every other unit I put in there works at the lower temperature. This one, however, does not. I did not bother testing it in a room at higher temperature so cannot comment as to whether it works in that setting or not. I have no reason to believe it won't given the temperature range limitations I found in the owners manual.

Good for small space
Definitely works well for small spaces, it comes with water tube which is better than the other dehumidifier I have without the drain tube. Worry free when using in the bathroom or other small spaces. Worth its value.

Comfortable Climate Control
I got this to keep the humidity a bit lower in my room with house plants. We've been working diligently to keep mold and mildew to a minimum in our ancient property and this dehumidifier has been great as a tool. The display screen on the top is bright with simple controls to get you to a desired ambient humidity. It works well enough at keeping the humidity in my small room with 4 large plants and a few smaller ones at around 52% humidity. Emptying the bin is a breeze, though I admittedly only need to do so about once or twice a week. I'm glad I picked this up and am already considering getting one for the shed.

Small size is great
The media could not be loaded. Over the past months I have had extreme problems with my upstairs neighbor leaking water into my apartment. After getting parts of my ceiling and flooring replaced, I decided that having a dehumidifier would be a good idea for the future. That's when I decided upon this product, the small size but relatively large water storage tank was appealing. In my included video, you can see that the light is bright (maybe even a little too bright. Easily fixed with a little tape or another creative fix if that bothers you). The noise emitted by this little machine isn't that bad and could easily be a white noise if you decide to place this in a bedroom or living room. I think a really important feature that I demonstrated in the video was the auto-shutoff whenever I tipped the machine. The device immediately stopped working and the red indicator came on stating the issue. If you had a child or animal that might knock it over accidentally, then this is definitely an important feature. Overall, For the price I'm pleased with this product, and I imagine that it will definitely come in handy in the future. 5/5 stars for size, noise, control panel, and additional features.
