This fall I was invited to participate in a select chorus, and after almost 2 years of not performing, I thought that my breath was weak and needed help. I looked online and came upon the breeze easy. I know that it is marketed for many purposes, and singing, isn’t necessarily the first one, But I thought that anything that helps to promote lung capacity could only be beneficial, so I bought one in September.I am very, very pleased at my progress this season, and my ability to regain my voice control as a choral singer. I started out by using it every day at a low setting, but found that it is more beneficial to do it two or three times a week but with a higher resistance to build up lung capacity and strength of my diaphragm.We have sung three concerts so far this season, and I feel as though I am better and better at each one. I have to give Breathe Easy a lot of the credit. I know how to sing, but without breath, all the technique in the world won’t get you to where you want to go. If you are a singer, I highly, highly recommend this.

The product is easy to use, adjusting the resistance is simple and can be done on the fly. Can be used to prep lungs prior to playing a sport or other cardio activity. Also used for a week prior to skiing, seemed to help with the altitude acclamation.

I am a 71 year old living in the foothills of the Himalayas at 7,000 ft elevation. When I was younger I lived at similar altitude without difficulty but now find myself short of breathe when climbing stairs. I read the free ebook and decided to try this device. To save on the shipping I had it sent to a friend in the States but he was delayed in returning because of Covid. So I have only been using it for one month doing both exercises for about one hour per day while watching TV on my laptop. I am beginning to feel stronger and better oxygenated while climbing the stairs here. My room is equivalent of 13 flights of stairs above the dining area so I have ample opportunity to notice any change in ability. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to improve their pulmonary strength. It does work as advertised. I am not yet at the level I am hoping for but I think I can get there and even the improvement so far justifies the purchase.

My purchase here was based on trying to revive my lungs after years of smoking. I was between a few different devices but this one seemed the most portable, easy to use, easy to clean, and aesthetically appealing. It's early to tell the long term effect, but I really enjoy using it and think that it is making a difference for me already!

I have been looking for a lung/breathing exerciser for months! I have purchased several on Amazon and have returned all of them before I finally found this product. Thank you!!! The breathe easy came SEALED in an individual package with access to an instructional video and ebook. That was the issue with the other brands I purchased- not sealed and/or in packaging that had obviously been opened. Some of them were dirty and looked used! I was shocked that anyone was selling theses items that go in your mouth and that you will be inhaling/exhaling in to. Just for that reason alone I was impressed with this product! Finally something that I would use without worrying someone had used it before I did. You do need to wash it before use and it does take a few days to get used to the product. But it does make a difference in my breathing with regular use. It is easy to use and was a great price! How did I not find this sooner?!? Thank you breathe easy!!!

Great product specifically for the price i haven't used it enough to actually see any changes in my performance. 1 thing is that you ll have a lot of drawl coming out it, then you need to plan when using it.
