Excellent laptop. Works like a charm! Very pleased.
Great laptop at a very good price! I really liked the specs of this laptop but initially was a bit cautious. After using it for a week, I cannot wait to share my experience on this product:1. It's truly an excellent decision to buy this laptop - I am so happy that I bought it!2. For what I want to use the laptop for (web surfing, writing, video watching, but no computer games), the laptop works very well in my opinion: fast, convenient - so easy to use and configure.3. I don't know if battery can last 9+ hours while running video, but I believe it can certainly be good for 5+ hours (I also had 60 other browser tabs open). One caution: laptop batteries can deteriorate if consistently exposed to cold temperatures (any battery, not just HP), and that's how I broke my previous HP laptop. So I suggest not to leave your laptop near an open window for a long time in the winter - that's the mistake I made with my older HP.4. Display is very pleasing to the eyes (and it's anti-glare). I like the sound too, although I am a person who is not very particular about sound.5. Keyboard: just to prove nothing is perfect - the keyboard looks like plastic to me, and I admit that initially I was a bit disappointed since I was comparing it with my older $1000 HP; however, the keyboard turned out to be very easy and comfortable to use if you manage to get over the first 5 minutes.6. USB port: It took me a couple of minutes to slide in my beat-up flash drive into the USB port, which seemed a bit tight to me at the beginning. But then I figured out out to manage and it's all cool from there.7. Price: I did extensive researches before I bought this laptop. It was an amazing price ($569) for the laptop of this high quality (that's why I didn't believe it initially - 30GB RAM, 1TB SSD!). Other vendors sell similar laptops for quite a few hundred dollars more.8. Manufacturer's warranty: I checked and found that I got 10 months left, which is more than fine with me. It's a brand new laptop, but like some buyers also said - the vendor upgraded the RAM etc and this could take a couple of weeks. The upgrade works quite well and it helps to keep the price down I guess.Final thoughts:- I saw that a couple of folks were not happy because they were hoping to have this laptop work with multiple monitors. Well, I knew this laptop cannot do this because I saw that the vendor made this very clear in the laptop specs - we just need to read it.- I thought the direction to get FREE Microsoft Office was quite easy to follow - just decline the Office 365 trial offer during initial set up and you will get the FREE Office which was already installed on your laptop. Hope this helps.I would like to thank the vendor "Smartisan Tech" for such an amazing product at this great price! I will definitely check what they are selling next time I buy any electronics! I hope they are not going to increase their price on me. LOL

Inexpensive, High-Quality Laptop – A Fantastic Buy!
I recently purchased this laptop and was honestly surprised by how much value I got for such an affordable price. It offers everything I needed—smooth performance, a decent screen, and great battery life—at a fraction of the cost of other laptops in the same category. I was so impressed with it that I ended up buying a second one!For anyone on a budget or just looking for a reliable laptop for everyday use, this is a fantastic option. It runs smoothly for all the basic tasks like browsing, streaming, and working on documents. It’s lightweight, easy to set up, and feels surprisingly premium for the price.I highly recommend this laptop to anyone who doesn’t want to break the bank but still needs something that performs well. I’m really happy with my purchase and confident that I made a great buy.

Tremendous value, highly functional
I bought this to get ahead of the Windows 10 end of life, and hopefully to meet computing needs well into the future. The large memory and SSD drive, as well as the highly functional internal graphics is letting me do all the things, including running Solidworks.I saw a review posted just after I ordered the laptop that said it didn't support dual external monitors, and was concerned. I now have two external monitors creating an extended desktop running just fine (with or without the laptop closed) through a generic docking station connected to the USB C port. It took a little bit of fiddling with the settings, but in the end not a big deal.I have had a series of Dells over the years, and they seemed to be continually of lower quality and full of more and more bloatware. This HP has Windows 11 Pro and Office (Lifetime License, NOT 365) very cleanly installed. The only thing I felt compelled to do is delete all the McAfee software so not be constantly pestered by them - the Windows security suite is very adequate for me. Oh, and dump Edge for Opera. The laptop is thin and light, and has a very nice aesthetic, and the keyboard has a nice feel (although I will rarely use it). I have not evaluated the battery life, and probably never will, as it will spend most of its life docked on my desk.Very happy with the purchase so far.Ok - update after a few weeks. All the above is true, except it really doesn't run Solidworks very well. This was a nice to have, not a deal breaker, so I'm still happy with the purchase and value.

The quality, speed and storage for what it cost is exceptional.
So far this has been a great find at a great price. Works well and has good speed at switching between applications. The size is large enough without being overbearing. It's very quiet while operating and is easy to use. Sadly, I've used the built in AI.... That said it helps you navigate through office, I have an apple that I've used for quite a few years so remembering windows can be a challenge.

HP laptops are no longer what they used to be
Sad to see HP quality being so poor. The battery doesn't last more than an hour and that is with energy saver settings. Plus the laptop frequently gets overheated making it uncomfortable to carry. All my previous computers were HP and they were amazing. Definitely regret the decision to go with HP this time

Speed and lots of storage
Computer arrived quickly and was easy to setup and use. The computer is fast and has loads of storage and features. This is a good business computer or for school work. More computer than I probably need but it should work great for my needs. Great computer for the price.
