KIWI design V4 Facial Interface, 2 Face Pads Compatible with Quest 3S, NOT Compatible with Meta Quest 3

While the standard face plate on the Meta Quest 3s is ok, I find it puts pressure on my forehead after a while.Taking off the original and fitting this upgrade was simple and immediately made a huge difference to the comfort. The nose guard keeps out any stray light, which made a surprisingly big improvement. This, along with the elite head strap and battery, means I can spend much longer enjoying the experience.The material is nice and soft and well padded. My only slight concern would be using it in a really hot environment as it may make you sweat. It's easy to clean and comes with replacement padding if needed.

Bought my 10 year old a Quest 3S for Christmas and noticed after using it his cheeks were absolutely red raw! I googled it and found out that it’s really common with the quest 3S facial interface with lots of people complaining of the same. We decided to buy this facial interface as we had bought a head strap from this brand and were pleased with it. The facial interface is lovely soft leather (and has a replacement leather pad as well) it’s so comfy to wear, doesn’t make him sweat and can be wiped clean. And the best part - no more red cheeks!

I am a big fan of Kiwi accessories and have purchased them before in the past for our old Quest 2. Now we have a Quest 3 and I knew that a more comfortable facial interface is a must have, rather than just using the Quest as it comes.This interface fits perfectly and makes gameplay a much more comfortable experience, especially if your playing for fairly long periods of time. I also find that this interface blocks out more light, which also adds to the whole experience. It is easy to just give it a wipe down after each use which is important otherwise over time you may find the material starts to break down, especially if you get quite sweaty while playing.

Comfortable easy to fit

This compares will with the first party facial interfaces in terms of fit and comfort, but also, the added ventilation makes this superior in many ways. No light leaks while still doing a lot to prevent sweat and fog build up.Recommended!

Yet another face mask to fit into an Metaquest headset is what I first thought but I was surprised to find that this one is made from a kind of material you'd find covering car seats or interior and felt a lot better on my skin than some of the generic, cheap rubbery ones that are doing the rounds.Just the thing when you play in the garden in long sessions of mini golf and find you're always plucking and trying to adjust the inferior ones. Some of them pinched in so many places I'd get a headache after more than 10-15 mins in the 3d worlds. This one is much better. Can't compare to pricing against the others, as it's a Vine item, but knowing what I know now, i'd pay extra anyway.

After one too many VR sessions ending with my face looking like a squashed tomato, I knew I needed a better facial interface. This KIWI design replacement is an absolute relief. The padding is thick, soft, and actually feels pleasant against my skin, none of that cheap plasticky nonsense. Plus, it doesn’t turn into a sponge when things get intense, which is a big win in my book.The weight distribution is spot on. I can play for hours without feeling like my nose is being slowly crushed. The silicone nose guard is a nice touch, keeping light out without making me feel like I’m suffocating. And let’s talk about those ventilation holes. No more fogging up mid-game like I’m in a sauna.Only minor gripe? It takes a bit of wiggling to get the perfect fit, but once it’s in place it’s rock solid. Also, the PU leather is easy to clean, so I don’t have to explain any suspicious forehead marks to my family. Overall, definitely worth it, my face thanks me every time.

Looks nice, feels nice, and fit to the unit just as it should.... But when I went to adjust for my glasses, there was no adjustment as there is on the OEM unit. Sadly, then I cannot use it as I have to wear glasses to have the images in focus. Folk think for VR you must need close focus, but in fact you need focus from about 1.2m away from you.
