Bought these units for use at work so crew can communicate to me and each other. We tackle one project at a time at different locations in the building that requires coordination to accomplish one goal.Holds a good charge that last throughout our shift.Comes in clear but needs a little more volume, sometimes we get into spaces with loud machinery and the volume is turned all the up but still having issue hearing calls. The headset that came with the unit works nice but the earpiece irritates the ear when left in place for a short period of time. 5 stars if the earpiece was comfortable.All in all the radio is a good buy, it will not be as good and as clear as the more expensive name brands and models but if your looking for two way communication this radio serves its purpose.
