This product is perfect for what I needed to use it for. It has plenty of letters that actually do stay in place! This product provides plenty of enough letters for any message you might on your display. My ONLY complaint is that there should be duplicates of each special character that comes with this product as well. There should be at least two solid hearts of the same size; two solid stars of the same size; etc. My daughter and I were excited to see that there were special characters that we could use to make the message board POP! (hearts, stars, smiley & kissey face emojis, etc.), but we wanted to be able to use two of the solid hearts or two of the solid stars for our message & design. We made it work and it still looks great, but that was the only thing that put a slight damper on our excitement. We're the type of persons that likes for things to look uniform.This is a very simple fix that I hope the manufacturer corrects without causing an increase in the price. Basic rule of thumb.....always have at least two of everything when it comes to letters and characters for a message board.

I am disappointed that I did not get the one I saw advertised. I received a light grey felt instead. I had it on my entertainment stand for a few weeks and the stand is now tearing off.

I love the look and quality of this frame! The rose gold is nice! The letters are easy to add and I Using it for my quote of the week on my linked in professions page.The owner is very professional and touched base after the purchase to see if I had concerns. At the time I thought my adhesive was missing and she actually mailed me an adhesive from Canada. Unbelievable that she would go through so much effort to make her purchase right. I actually found the adhesive later on in the box. This company will have my support Because they value customers. This purchase also came with access to a book of quotes which I also use for inspiration! Would definitely recommend this seller and product.

The message board is absolutely beautiful. I love how pretty the rose gold trim is, and there's such a wonderful variety of letters, punctuation, and emoji so I can change up my quotes as often as I wish! I'm going to purchase a few more so I can have them all over the house.I also really like the seller. They check on each order to make sure it arrived in good condition. I didn't have issues but that was the kind of customer service that ensures I'll be a repeat customer.

The board came with two stains on it. It seems it’s been used before.also it said it comes with wooden stand but it’s actually a black plastic piece. There was no canvas bag included.

VERY chic. Love this little board and it is a unique way to express yourself and display quotes or messages. Looks really great in my office. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the letters/numbers do not attach securely to the board and fall off very easily if bumped. Makes it difficult to change out letters and numbers without them falling if you plan to hang it completely vertical on a wall. Not as much of a problem if displayed on desk or table due to slight slant of frame when displayed in that manner.

Ordered this to have a fall hued letter board and couldn't be happier with the product. Shipped and delivered fast and arrived well packaged. Inside the box, everything was carefully wrapped. This isn't a metal framed board, which I prefer because I'll be using it in pictures with our newborn. But the copper/rose gold wrapping on the frame is really shiny and looks great with the gray felt. Haven't seen any other boards like this one so I'm really happy with the value for the price and how well it was shipped. Haven't clipped the letters yet so I don't have pictures, but I'm sure it will look great!

I bought this for my new office that needed a real upgrade with some decor. I am someone who absolutely loves inspirational quotes and who doesn’t like to look at the same boring thing everyday. Plus, I love using emoji’s which was a great addition. Most boards only offer normal letters and this offers fun emoji’s to add which is fantastic. This was a wonderful addition to my office, plus I love the gold frame, it gives it some glamour. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to buy a felt board!!
