These are truly amazing! While sparing the details, I can visually tell that my digestion improves when I take this supplement. They have a delicious lemony fresh taste when ingested as well.Lastly, there have been multiple times where I have eaten something questionable and have developed a stomach ache shortly thereafter. I pop a handful of these digestive enzymes and to my complete and utter surprise, my symptoms are relieved. My girlfriend has noticed the exact same thing. That’s a truly exceptional side benefit.I try to take these when I remember every meal, when I have a little too much, or when I have a high fat meal ( hard to digest for me).I’ve also taken them while fasted for the systemic enzyme effect but have no data on whether anything positive resulted from that.

Version 3.0 of this product is superior and they are the best enzyme on the market, HOWEVER, they now have version 4.0 out and they CHANGED the FORMULA and theses enzymes are not the same. In addition they now added Vitamin D (why?). So every 3 pills have a total of 300 percent of vitamin D. "Most users" of this product use 6 pills a day, 2 in the morning, 2 around lunch time, and 2 pills after dinner. THATS about 1000% percent of Vitamin D a day. What were they thinking? NOT THE SAME!

It really works.

Perhaps, this product works for some people, but it was an awful experience for me. The first few days I had stomach pains and bloating but I hoped that would go away after a while. It didn't. I also got terrible headaches and my blood pressure and heart rate skyrocketed. One or more of the ingredients was definitely having a bad effect on my body.so I discontinued taking this supplement.
