A++++
A++++Excellent product.Of course, good soldering skills will help.I am a very seasoned and capable electronics tech and this product nails it.I used it, also, to resolder a broken spit valve on my bass trombone. Worked perfectly.One note - the paste is fairly thick - so, once it starts coming out of the tube, back off the plunger so it doesn't continue flowing.

Easy To Use
I used it to repair sterling silver earrings by attaching new sterling ear wires. Works great and was easy to use! There's not a lot in the tube but really you don't need a lot and it saved me the expense of taking it to the jewelers.

there is nothing else like it
Solder it is amazing stuff, easy to use and works great. A little spendy for the amount you get but fantastic solder and holds very well- a strong joint.

Works great but the tube was almost empty when I got it
I had to push it to the last half inch before anything came out. I used a few mini drops to fix some jump rings, and every time, I had to push out an air gap. I'll be lucky to get ten jump rings out of this.

A little too easy and melts at very low temps.
This melts fast. I used a butane torch to heat my piece and when I used a pick to place the paste it melted immediately, smoked and actually sparked and burned a hole in my sleeve. This is super-duper easy solder that melts way before other solders I have used for jewelry making. Once I was done with the solder joint I picked up the piece and I came apart. I redid the soldering again and let it sit for 15-20 seconds and this time it stuck. My thermal gun measured the temperature at 590F immediately after the soldering and it was in the lo 300s when I picked up the piece for quenching. I place the piece in pickling and when it was done I started finishing the piece. Just my handling made the joint break - this is after pre-cleaning and using a scotch pad wheel on a Dremel tool to make sure it was ready for work. As an experienced soldering professional I find this to be too delicate for my needs. This solder paste is likely meant to be used with alloys containing zinc. When it says you can use a lighter to melt this paste, it is not hyperbole, it’s true.
