Outstanding Educational Videos That Make Learning Fun!
As a grandparent of five (three of whom are less than 6 years old) I have become a big fan of the Rock N Learn videos. As a retired teacher, I am continually impressed by the obvious care and thought that went into planning and presentation of each lesson. The Rock N Learn cartoon characters are fun, cheerful, and always kind to each other and the interactive lessons are organized in a way that makes intuitive sense (for example: learning the sight words “come” and “go” together). My grands happily sing along, answer interactive questions without prompting, and greatly enjoy themselves. These videos make learning fun, a concept that I wholeheartly endorse!I have noticed that some online reviewers complain about the level of detail in the cartoons and the repetitive, juvenile nature of the music. Both criticisms make me laugh. No, these are not Pixar Studios level productions, that said, the cartoons are of equal (or better) quality of those you would see on any typical Saturday morning cartoon program on TV. And in regards to the music...adult viewers, it WAS NOT written with you in mind, it was written to capture the attention of small children...a goal it absolutely fulfills!

A Must Buy for Children
My son has a delay speech, but since listening to his preschool dvds he is singing along, counting, saying his colors, doing the alphabet and is happy. These dvds stay in rotation in my car and at home. I learned a new word too, lol!!!

Wonderful
Thank you, I was looking for a gift for my niece and nephews, something that would help keep learning fun. They're parents really like this product and the children enjoy singing with it. It's so important to find that balance between fun and education, thank you for providing that with this product.

Not what I needed
Not what I was looking for. Returned it. My kids 6&9 Want to learn Spanish. This only has two Spanish CD's in it and it's baby baby Spanish stuff. My kids were bored.

I LOVE THESE VIDEOS
I love theae videos though some of them are a bit corny my now 2 yeat old loves them and thats what matters. Great learning material in each video i keep ordering more as my son watches them so much they wear out eventually but its worth it.

Decent
The music and the voices on here are so hard for me to listen to. My toddler doesn't hate it yet though. He will sit and watch the dvds, bop his head to the music and point at shapes. I think the more he watches them, the more the material will sink in. I don't regret the purchase.

Good "movie" that teaches and doesn't overstimulate!
Bought this for my 2 year old to watch in the van. She loves it and has learned a lot! It's very simple and slow paced.
