I wanted something that was easy to take on/off the car seat as well as provide plenty of warmth and cover for the winter season. This provides plenty of coverage and I feel as though we don’t need to dress our son up in many extra layers if needing to be outside for a short amount of time.

I used this for my son last winter and it worked great, but if he moved his feet at all the bottom would pop off. When he was little little it worked very well because he wasn’t as wiggly. I will say I ordered a pink one for my daughter for this winter!

Not as thick as I expected. My 8 month old out grew it within a month. She would push it off with her feet.

I live in the midwest where it is extremely windy and cold in the winter, and needed a car seat cover that didn't blow off as soon as we got out of the car, and kept my little guy warm. This one is perfect! It fits easily over the carseat (a Britax) like a shower cap and is water resistant so the snow and drizzly rain runs right off, while it is fleece-covered on the inside so just a light blanket is all I need to cover him with. I took a star off because it is pretty much impossible to take my son out of his carseat while this cover is on. I have to take the whole thing off, because the opening when you unzip the bottom flap and lift up the top flap is just too small and he gets stuck. However, I don't mind taking the cover on and off, since you aren't supposed to keep it on while driving anyway so I just put it on when I get ready to take him out of the car, take it off when I take him out of the car seat, put it back on when we are ready to leave, and take it off once we get in the car. Sounds like a lot of work but it really isn't.

This cover is very convenient. No worrying about the subzero temps hurting baby on the long treks from end of supermarket parking lot into the store. Yes there is a little gap on either side by the handles but I think it's pretty minimal and would happen with any shower-cap type cover. Also if it's really cold, I still layer a thin blanket over baby under the cover, which I think would eliminate any cold breeze that might get through those minute gaps. Very generous size...I have a beast of a giant seat (the Graco snugride 32) and never once have I felt like when I hook one end on, that when I pull the other side it's too tight and will snap off (you know, like those fitted mattress sheets that are just a tad too small and always do that).The Velcro has stayed strong since I've had it, and withstood hundreds of big brother's constantly flapping it up and down. FYI I almost never use the zip opening, I just unhook either the top or bottom elastic completely, and it works great. Great product, which id known about it for my first child...I had the original JJ Cole BundleMe, which the straps fed through, and frankly that thing was a pain (honestly I think recalled now, since you're not supposed to have anything between baby and the seat...I didn't know back then). This cover is much more convenient. Great product!

We love this product! Keeps baby warm without needing extra blankets or jackets and keeps other people from getting in baby’s face in public! Only thing I wish was different is that flap was see through, especially with an infant I did not like closing the flap not knowing if the fabric was covering the babies mouth/nose.

What I wanted

Easy to put on. We used it on our Maxi Cosi carseat to take new baby home from the hospital on a cold winter day. Kept the wind out of her face.

Love this product makes life that little easier and keeps baby nice and warm and dry!! Great invention wish it was around 8yrs ago for my eldest!!

These edges where the zipper ends (See picture attached) at could poke young infants in the eyes. A design flaw. Other than that, everything else is good. The cover seems warm and easy to use.

Love this! Easy to pop on and it stays there, little one cant kick it off. Lots of comments about how great it looks and what a great idea it is!

Loved the product when I first seen it the colour is so cute and so is the actual cover. It’s very easy to put on it just goes right over the car seat you do not have to remove straps or anything like that . It is one piece and just wraps around the car seat. So initially I thought it was great because my 6 months old didn’t have to wear a coat in the winter just a blanket and hat . If we are just running in and out of car to somewhere. Very convient for me. After using it a few times my daughter started freaking out in the car and I couldn’t understand why . She just hated being in the car. I figured out she didn’t like how she couldn’t see out side of the cover it was blocking her whole head so all she could see was out the hole cut out for the face. It was to high for her head it wasn’t big enough to see out of the cover. Also the sides for the baby face cut out are pointy so they poke her right in the eye on both sides. I have to put a blanket on the pointy tips so it stops poking her which she hated because the blanket was right in her face. So after a month I took the whole thing off and haven’t used it since and honestly she has been better in the car without it. Overall I think the product could be designed better the concept I love. Just wish it worked better . Last year I had the jolly jumper one for my son which I couldn’t find this year or I would have used it so I ordered this one. I would suggest the jolly jumper brand one . That comes in 2 pieces one for the inside of the car seat and other piece covers the face but then you can pull right back down so it’s not in baby’s face at all. This one doesn’t come with the inside cover for the car seat like the jolly jumper one. It added more warmth and comfort I think. Hope this helps !
