It is good it's a knock off OEM so it's missing some clips on wires and stuff you would get on an OEM part but nothing that's actually required for it to function. It is also way lighter than an oem mirror and doesnf have the plastic around the inner mirror an oem mirror would have. Small in important bits aside functions the same other than what sounds like a louder motor vibration you can hear when you close the mirror but I'm assuming that's from less insulation or plastic than the oem part. If you're looking for an oem mirror but dont want to pay the price this is the next best option to save you a couple hundred dollars. Other people will probably rate it 5 stars the only reason its 4 for me is because it's a knockoff part that is noticeably missing unimportant parts otherwise its great.

However, was disappointed with the length of the wiring harness. Therefore upon installing it I had to tuck it somewhere, the best I could. And a couple times when I hit the button to retract my mirrors it wouldn’t work. But kept toying with it and, I haven’t had a problem since. Fingers crossed, though. Overall, good purchase.

Even though I read some of the reviews and they stated vibration in the mirror itself, I still ordered them and thought maybe it was just a factory defect. Well, neatless to say my driver's side mirror is vibrating, but the passenger side seems to have just a little vibration, but it is tolerable. Since I paid to have them installed, I am stuck with a product that I am not 100% satisfied with (unless I want to pay again to have them installed, which I don't) but will live with it until I need to replace them.

The second one was installed a lot faster.

Through my own stupidity I back up to close to a phone pole and crunched my mirror. Went to the dealer and giving me a deal I said no thanks and went on line to see what was available. Needless to say I bought from this vendor and it fit perfectly.

Needed to replace a side mirror after being struck in a hit and run, the part came in 4 days and was so easy to install, it took me 30 min in total, fits ram 1500 2013 lone star, not the tow package, standard with yellow and blue LEDs at under side of mirror.

Installed it on my 2015 Ram in less than 20 minutes. Worked perfectly.

Easy install and looks factory new. All power options work (power fold able, power mirror & heated mirror) and all lights work (turn signal & puddle lights on exit and entry). Looks and works exactly like OEM unit.
