The Lenox True Love Personalized 8x10 picture frame that I ordered was more beautiful than I expected. There was a little problem with the engraving that was my fault. They were very understanding when I called them, They provided me with a new one exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend them If anyone is looking for a wedding gift. The frame is big and beautiful. The photo frame is mirrored, and the engraving is gorgeous. I was looking for something for a wedding gift when I found this. The couple eloped, and I wanted to have a gift for when the newlyweds returned home. After I placed the order, I wanted to change my wording, so I contacted the seller. I explained what needed to be changed. I also asked if there were any way possible to expedite the order so that I would have it in time for the newlyweds' return, saying anything they could do would be much appreciated. They responded quickly and said they changed the wording, but they were closed for two days due to a holiday and couldn't guarantee I'd have it in time for the couple's return. I wrote back to let them know that I understood. Well, they did it! I was pleasantly surprised! The item arrived the day I needed it, and it is gorgeous! I didn't tell the seller, but the newlyweds were my daughter and son-in-law. They tried for 2.5+ years to plan a wedding, but due to covid, they had to keep changing and eventually gave up and eloped. They were shocked when they returned home to their gift and were impressed upon opening it! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

Bought this as a wedding gift for my son and his fiance. It is beautiful and so elegant. The writing looks so nice too. Was easy to customize and arrived sooner than expected. Was packed very well to avoid any damage in transport.

The frame arrived in timeframe promised, exactly as pictured and inscription was beautifully done!

The frame itself is very nice, however the engraving process damaged the frame. The ribbon area has a satin finish, and either it was placed face down or was scraped/scuffed causing damage to the satin or frosted ribbon area. Returning, but not sure there's time to attempt ordering a replacement.Update: Seller remade a new frame without hassles, and sll is good. Great customer service, and the gift was well received.
