First time I've opened something and been surprised in a good way, looks so much better then I thought it would, absolutely love it it's just as bright as the picture, I've had trouble before with photo shopped pictures, get it and it looks awful. Not this one it's perfect

We received our Anniversary Frame and just opened it up as our 40th Anniversary is approaching. At first, we were so happy and pleased with the item. We put it on display on our wall in our living room. After a few days, we noticed that there were bubbles in several areas of the picture. How disappointing. We were planning on having this special gift for a long time. The bubbles appearing on the picture itself are awful. They have ruined our gift. I know this gift is non-returnable, but I surely would hope that we would get some consideration as we paid dearly for this framed picture.

The art work was purchased as an anniversary gift. There appeared to be no way to submit the names of the couple to be included in the artwork. Amazon was helpful in contacting the seller to make it happen. The artwork arrived later than expected, but with Covid, that is to be expected. The couple receiving the artwork stated it was well packaged and the names were correct. They stated the artwork was very nice. I asked the couple abut the size and was told the artwork was approximately 8x10. Not sure if the wrong size was ordered but the description stated it was 18x10. Anyhow, the couple liked the gift even though it was smaller than advertised.

We purchased the 30" x 20" Heart in Heart and my wife absolutely loved it as an anniversary gift. My wife says it is so well made, easy to install as the hanging hardware is already on the frame and the colours are so vibrant. I am very pleased that she is happy with this gift and it really surpassed my expectations. I would buy this again and will recommend this company to friends and family if they are looking for quality pictures. Shipped and arrived quickly too!

The item was ordered as a 25th anniversary gift; this personalized canvas does not disappoint; the size is perfect and so is the art work and the personalization; I would certainly recommend this product and it is well worth the price; my only negative comment is that the delivery was a few days late but that most likely was due to COVID

This will be an anniversary gift and Amazon and IPIC eased my worries by providing me with impeccablecourteous customer service and item arrived ahead of schedule. The portrait is beautiful. Cannot wait to give it to my wife. They provide great price, great service and will even refund you if you pay import fees. What more can you ask for, Not much. God bless Amazon and IPIC.

Product is awesome. The supplier was easy to deal with and answered my questions quickly. I chose the framed option and was well worth it. The canvas arrived earlier than than I expected.The only thing that I was not expecting was having to pay duty on the shipment. I think this should be noted somewhere to make future customers aware of this.Over all very happy with my purchase.
