Did my research before buying this one. I am glad i picked this one. Has been working flawlessly since day it was turned on. I am still learning everything about it But it is amazing how much better this over the blink products. Cost more up front and more labor to run the wires but you want be disappointed when you finally fire this little puppy up. Picture is amazing only thing i wish this had was ability of having voice.Still even with out audio it is an excellent system for the price point give them a try i don't think you will be disappointed!!

Pretty decent product for the price. Withheld one star because whoever does the wire ties on the cables at the factory are way overzealous with loops and twists and knots. Undoing the wire ties was extremely frustrating and time consuming. Especially since I need to reuse them temporarily to hold the cable bundles together during cable management routing and system installation. This was a huge drain on my customer experience. Probably going with a different brand in the future if this issue isn't addressed. I've never had this much trouble with similar packaging of cables from any other manufacturer regardless of product type.

The system is working great and very clear.The app is a little clunky but works decent. Setting up the main unit was some work with all the password and QR scanning in a specific order.I had an issue with one of the channels freezing when I connected it. After I did process of elimination, I realized it was the dvr Channel itself. Contacted the seller, they connected me with tech support and after doing a factory default reset I had no other issues.

There are only 8 cameras and the package was not properly packaged.

POS !! Crap is what this is. I regret buying it. Very complicated to install, the customer service is for S$€T . Can’t get help to add them to my home pc . Worst product and customer service ever!! Sometimes you can view them on your smartphone sometimes you can’t. I live in the Central Time Zone in the U.S. but had to set up till 2am just to e mail, not talk on phone e mail customer service and it still did not work. JUNK .

so easy to install, the infa red works really good at night and is so clear setup was easy and everything works no problems

i installed some of the cameras and the day looks great but the night looks really bad quality. black and white and some camerras are blurry..i don't recommend them.
