I found this little gem of a seller while browsing for something lovely and personal to send to a very close friend of mine for Christmas. The quote, from Winnie the Pooh is probably the most meaningful words one friend could say to a true life long friend.The item arrived in around 3 days and was very well packed in a hardback envelope. I opened it and inside the quote was presented within a nice patterned soft paper. Once unwrapped, the item was again protected within its own plastic wrapper (much llike you get with a card in the shops).The item is absolutley gorgeous, and I am very pleased with it. I shall be getting a frame to put it in.Also, was a Thank you note, personally signed by the seller, "Heather" complete with smiley face, which I think is a wonderful touch and shows that she cares not only about her business, but also about her customers.I like the item so much, that I will be buying from Heather's shop again, without a doubt.Thank you Heather for such a good service, and I hope that you, as a local small business, have good success. :o)(Edited to correct spellings ;) )

I am very happy with my purchase well packaged good service highly recommend, with hindsight I wouldn't have bought the mounted one as I will be framing it and I think will look better in a frame without mount so I paid more than I needed but that was my error, I still think it is very nice.
