Great quality as expected from Baldwin. Used this handle set for my new exterior door. Recommended.

Installed 5 sets and am very pleased
We replaced all of our exterior doors minus the front double door with these and are really happy with them. Installation was a little tricky on the first one, but if you follow the directions it isn't hard. The rest were a breeze -- as was rekeying them. I appreciate the solid feel to them and the increased security that comes with the better build quality and hardware over big box store brands that seem to be on most homes.

Great but product damaged
Item was nice and as described but it was damaged. Upon opening and getting ready to install, noticed that the finish was damaged on the handle. Returned

Had to pay a locksmith to install, but stunning.
It is heavy steady and stunning. Not easy to install. Had to call a locksmith which cost $300.

Excellent company, honor their lifetime warranty
I purchased this lockset 8 years ago. The thumb press broke and unable to open the door from outside.I called customer service and they are sending me a complete new lockset. I highly recommend Baldwin products, fantastic to have a company with excellent customer service!

Horribly worn and damaged
accidentally bought used. It was only $5 cheaper than new and it was scratched everywhere, had paint on it and our contractor said the thumb press had so much finish worn off that this had to be used heavily for over a year

Just beautiful/ great value!
Installing, wasn’t the easiest, need much clearer directions. Bought two of these to replace front door handle and dead bolts. They are beautiful, took me about an 1 2/2 to install the first one. Had to ask a friend to install the second one. Holes didn’t match up.
