Just what I needed, skinny rechargeable AA's
I needed this size to fit my devices and it worked fine. It did take a long time to receive it, and I really don't need the recharger but I'm happy to have these rechargeable and wish I could find them without the recharger as I need more. The others I've tried were too fat for some of my devices and these fit fine.

Bit noisy, but works great.
It is a bit loud and makes iritating noise, but I don't use it all the time. And it works great!

Great compact charger.
Pros:charges pretty quick.can charge one or two batteries, AA or AAA.much cheaper than most other chargers.recharges eneloop.seems higher quality than the eneloop 4-position charger I used in the past.Cons:some people might prefer 4 slots.

No overcharge cutoff!
Very deceptive description: "Automatic Safety Charge Cut Off Function." But then reading the fine print, this means only if it detects an alkaline battery, or if the charging goes beyond a certain time. It does NOT cutoff when the battery is full. The instructions say you should only put batteries in when they are empty. This is a joke, a battery charger should handle half-full NiMH batteries and automatically cut off when they are full. Any decent charger will do this. This is an unacceptable cost-cutting measure which could damage your batteries or even be a fire hazard. Shame on Sony.
