These shorts certainly do the job described. Wish I had known about them earlier.Tight fitting and very supportive.

These do the job by keeping bulge in nicely but I would go for the trunks instead not this boxer variety. The trunks are easier to pull up and less strength is needed to get them just right. Both varieties are tight but need to be to do the job. Since I’ve used them I’m much more comfortable and don’t experience tummy upset as often. Either variety are worth purchasing- just chose the trunks

I’m 64 and these are perfect. All day I’ve been shovelling sand and making concrete. !! No problem. They are tight but they need to be . They’re as comfortable as these things can be ! I don’t like the sound of the hernia operation seems to me there are too many bad after affects !?!? So hoping these will keep a operation at bay

I purchased a pair of these on discovering I had an inguinal hernia. They proved to be a revelation as I could continue with life as normal until I had the problem surgically repaired. I am a 30 waist but, having read reviews from other customers, I bought the Large size which fitted perfectly.The quality of manufacture is excellent and any queries with the company are dealt with promptly and graciously. When walking, gardening and doing small jobs which stress the hernia, these pants have been really helpful.

I'm a 33in waist and ordered a large but couldn't even get them on.

This product is very supportive and does the job, however I personally found it a little difficult when it came to relieving oneself. Maybe a fly would help.
