Kuryakyn2712 MTX Road Thunder Weather Resistant Motorcycle Speakers: 100 Watt Handlebar Mounted Audio Speaker Pods with Bluetooth Audio Controller, Chrome

I paired these pods with the Kuryakyn Road Thunder bar and I am very impressed. The pods with the soundbar enhance the bass. Very happy with the sound and volume at all speeds. If you can buy both Kuryakyn sound bar and pods do it.

After just 6 months these speakers became defective and unusable due to a loud vibrating sound as soon as the power was turned on.

Excellent speakers. When I decrease speed I need to reduce the volume. The sound quality is excellent.

This is a great speaker system. Only let down is the bracket for the control device. It is flimsy and connects to the weakest point on the box, which makes it's use nearly unusable to control without 2 hands. For this alone, I would have looked for another product as this is how you control the system on/off and volume. The bracket is trash. I had to engineer a device to get it to stay firmly in place on my bike in order for it to be used.

First off, this isn't the worst system out there. This is the best alternative I found without installing a fairing and spending $600-$1,000. It takes a while to run the wires a decide the placement of my speakers. I do love that it's compact and for my HD Heritage, that's very critical. Except for the volume controls on handlebars, the hardware seems very sturdy. In regards to the BT, it connects very quickly every time and has never lost connection. Now the sound, not so good. It's adequate in there is enough volume to hear music at highway speeds but, there is no base. Keep in mind I have a large windshield and fairly loud pipes so, if you were thinking of using this on a bike with no windshield or fairing, I wouldn't do it.

Speakers were installed and when you turn the volume up it cuts off. It’s as if it can’t handle the power. If you play your music at 50% it will work fine but as soon as you turn it up a notch, it starts to break, goes on and off! I’ve tried troubleshooting it and no luck. It’s pretty stressful because it looks good but it doesn’t work good.
