Bought this to be the new wired backhaul for a pair of WiFi-7 10Gb mesh routers that I purchased. All I can say is that speed testing (with 2.5Gb PCs) has shown a pronounced increase in throughput. I'll soon have a 10Gb machine to test with and expect similar improvements.

We originally used a Cat5e cable with a KVM over Ethernet with an NVR The NVR is located in the basement, but we wanted the Monitor and Keyboard located upstairs. There was an issue where the video would flake out and have 'lines' running through the video.This cable saved the day! After buying this Shielded CAT6 cable the video was crystal clear. No further issues. Well Worth the Buy!

This is a wonderful Ethernet cable for the price! I highly recommend getting one of these!Oddly enough the one I received on the cable says its a S/FTP cable which is still STP but the S/FTP for those that don't know means (Shielded Foiled Twisted Pair).

Had a lower quality cat 8 cable looked into ethernet cables and got this one speed is still the same but feels way more stable would recommend or gift.

I have recently had full fibre broadband installed at my house and i wanted a good quality future proof cable for a wired setup. This is perfect. It runs from my pc in one room to the router in another room. It`s plenty long enough, very well made and seems really sturdy too.

Bought this to link a Bell Home 3000 modem/router at (supposedly) 1500Mb/s to my own TP-Link AX55 router. The Bell system provided very sloppy Wi-Fi signal. It was a waste since the Bell Home 3000 only puts out 1000M/s on its LAN port, so the CAT5e that came with the router would have done the trick. The cable itself is a very high quality and durable. I tested it at 10M/s on a different setup and it worked flawlessly. I will keep it just to be 'future proof'. Incidentally, very impressed with the AX55. Solid Wi-Fi signal all through my home now.
