One of the hardest things to do at my very laid-back book club is coming up with what to discuss about the book. We always lean on the most basic questions such as "Did you like it?". Can't wait to introduce this little box - which I love the packaging. It will definitely revamp our discussions!

I purchased this for my book club since conversation was getting stale or difficult to start. This TableTopics was exactly what we needed! Not all questions will apply to your book—but most do! And most are thoughtful or funny and all kickstarted a discussion.

Purchased these for use in my middle school (7th/8th) classroom. My students love the questions - as springboards to talk about their current books. I like the diversity of questions. Many can be used even if a book has not been fully read; lots of higher level questions - most are open-ended. Great resource for teachers, book club facilitators, librarians, etc.

This was awesome for my book club as most of the members are not English teachers like myself. I might even put these questions to students during our literature circles.

Not all cards will be relevant for all books, but we had fun helping them start conversations at my neighborhood book club. It is a great mixture of thought-provoking and more surface simple questions.

I bought this as a Mother's Day present for Mom since she actively reads and meets with her book club. She was so impressed and thought that this was such a creative gift. I would definitely recommend this item for anyone who is in a book club.

This is a great tool which can be used to stimulate conversation during a book club. The cube and cards are excellent quality. My only concern is that the author used the incorrect version of the word "principal" on two cards. The noun "principle" was used instead of the adjective "principal" as in "what are the principal flaws of the main character" ( see photos of product). Otherwise, all other cards seem accurate and the depth of the questions vary in order to include as many people as.possible in the conversation. Nicely done! A great addition to our Book Club!

I heard about this product on a teaching blog and decided to purchase it for my high school English classes--works so well to get kids talking about all aspects of a book.I have also taken it to my adult book club, and wow was it a hit!! It created a lively discussion in a very casual, low pressure environment and steered the conversation away from likes/dislikes towards other interesting topics.

I'm the host of a book club and I was looking for ways to keep the book discussion going or get more people talking. This was a perfect way to get everyone in the club involved and get people thinking deeper about the book.
