The door access system was very easy to install, program and setup. Support team was great to work with on the one issue we had and was very fast to reply.

Easy to follow instructions. Have been using it for years and no issues, except caused by me. And when I had an issue their customer support helped me troubleshoot and fix it right away. Highly recommend!

I have bought this two unit and installed on two difference location . The unit works great with bells and whistle . Above all the product support is great and always on top to help . Resolves many issues quickly .

The hardware of the kit is great! The only thing not included was wire and that was only a few bucks for 18/5 HVAC wire at Lowes. The software can do basically anything you want, though the UI and language can be a little confusing at first. I rent out space to others and set up 2 cards readers to track people entering and exiting. The software appears to let you query the hours calculated from the swipes though I have not used that part just yet. The magnet is strong enough but as with any magnetic access system the door can be flexed open a little at the bottom since it's only supported by the magnet at the top. I think eventually I will switch to the latch strike but the magnet will do for now.Installation was a little tricky. It's mostly just a lot of drilling. Since I was installing in brick/cinder block I needed a place to splice the wires so everything is on junction boxes. The keypads can mount on the holes for a lightswitch (USA) if you turn the plate sideways. The holes for the exit button did not line up with anything but it was trivial to make a new hole. I did not use the motion detector. I'd have to figure out a cleaner way to do this if looks mattered but it looks good enough for our purposes.Overall very pleased, it's perfect for our business.

The system works as advertised. The software included made it ideal for my needs. This is a DIY project and requires basic skills in electronics and carpentry. Videos and documentation were adequate to do the install. Contacted support once and they were quick to reply.

The system is a little difficult to program and setup. Probably because it has a lot of options and I'm not great at that stuff. However, tech support will answer any questions you have within a day and usually send a video of how to do it. Great service.

seems to be a good product, one issue ,motion detector will trip by its self with no one near it

I bought this security system to install in our pool gate for our hoa and a year in now product is working great. Be patient on support as it's done through email buy he will take care of you!
