My dealer wanted over $1000 for a 4 wheel brake replacement. I quickly went online and found these oem spec replacement rotors and pads with hardware. For less than 1/4 the dealer cost my Rogue brakes are safe and back to new feel. I'm happy with the quality and after breakin they are like factory. Yes it did take 4 hours on a jack but worth the savings and I know it was done correctly. When my next car needs brakes I will buy R1 brakes again.

The brakes from R1 Concepts are made to high standards. I could tell a huge difference in the brakes from R1 Concepts. This is all for brake rotors with brake pads. This did not include hardware (new brake pad holders/mechanisms, I just used the old ones). The stopping power has dramatically increased in my 2016 Dodge Dart SXT. There original problem that I had with my OE brakes was mainly over heating, which would cause the brakes to overheat and become slightly warped. My OE brakes were not meant for the speeds of the German Autobahn. The Dodge Dart would shake minorly at 115MPH+ speeds if I had to brake more than 3 times, at around 5 seconds a piece ( braking on the Autobahn happens frequently in new area under construction, and you have the occasional person hoping into the speed lane going half your speed to pass a semi). The new brakes from R1 Concepts are amazing and exceeds my expectations. I no longer have that slight shake, cause by the over heated, warped brakes, happening as I break. I have breaked at multiple speeds multiple times and I have yet to experience and shaking of the steering wheel cause by brakes. The brakes also have a stylish look to them. This is the second set of brake pads and rotors that I bought from R1 Concepts, and I planned to purchase from them in the future. Customer Service was also fast to respond regarding shipping and handling, and any other questions I had.I am overall extremely satisfied with the brake from R1 Concepts. I have had the brake install for 4 weeks now, and I frequently drive the German Autobahn, now with no braking related issues at all. I feel extremely safe regarding the braking power and brake durability of my newly installed brake rotors and brake pads. This does not include hardware set, I just used the old one ( sand paper, and brake hrease for them, and they worked perfectly.

It had been a while since I did brakes. Looked forward to not having Drums to replace. But, surprised by parking brake drums in rear built-in to the rear discs. Yeah, I buy vehicles and keep them a while so I usually skip a decade or so of technology. I saved a good amount of coin doing it myself. They went on My 2010 Ford Edge SEL without a hitch.I've had these on a few months now and am delighted how they perform, and look. The zinc coating is holding up so far, looking as good as when I installed them. Also, no dust coating my rims (original chrome - Upgrade my butt) Should have gotten the aluminum rims. Having trouble with slow leaks on my second set of tires, but I digress.So nice to be rid of the original, foot massage brakes. Yeah, foot massage. Must have been the heat or over torque by QuickLane tech's.These make a slight humming noise, perhaps from the wear-grooves. It's not bothersome at all. Kind of an auditory "Hey, we're working here!" I'd recommend these and will purchase them again.Did notice a few months in a reddish dust. Something I've never experienced from previous ceramic brake pads I've used over the years. A disappointment for sure.

Hate leaving a poor review but here's why it is merited. . .The product arrived timely and frankly, I was excited and the rotors looked very nice. Unfortunately, as I came to realize, both the front and rear rotors were wrong for the vehicle despite the "guaranteed fit", and the rear brake pads were also wrong. Also, there was no hardware (shims or clips) despite being shown in the photo. On closer inspection, they are not actually listed as included but they clearly depicted and that's just bogus.As to the fit, I do understand that there are multiple cars of the same general make and model year as my car, so while I was not pleased (since I already had the car apart because the parts were 'in hand'), I called R1 Concepts directly to see if they could help resolve the error. Seemed only fair to give them a chance to resolve the situation.First, I called on Sunday and the phone system kept telling me I was 'next' for a customer service agent. After 10 minutes, I checked their website only to learn they are closed on Sundays. (Apparently I would have been 'next' had I held on until Monday morning in California.)[News Flash R1 Concepts: you can actually set up your automated voice response system to recognize that you are closed on Sundays, and it can also provide your hours to callers (note: they are on your website if you do not know them). It can even encourage people to call back during your open hours. Instead of taking the time to do that, apparently R1 Concepts is okay with wasting customer's time on hold. Becuase wasting time on hold is what customers really love. . .]I then called back on Monday. My bigger issue is that once I got through to a representative, which did not take too long when they are actually open for business, R1 Concepts expressed zero interest (in words or deed) in actually resolving the issue, or helping me.I do have to give them some points for not putting on any pretenses they gave a damn about my inconvenience or had any desire to resolve the issues with my purchase. So at least they were honest about not really caring. (It's important to know who you are dealing with.)They simply acknowledged that there were "fitment issues with Amazon's system" and told me to deal with Amazon. Again, instead of showing concern for a customer, R1 Concepts blamed Amazon and basically disavowed me as a customer of their products, and just said for me to deal with Amazon. They said they had no way to verify my purchase, etc. so they could not help me At this stage I was simply trying to determine if there might be any simpler way to resolve the issue other than returning the product and leaving this review. Note: this was a $300 purchase.Whatever concerns R1 Concepts may have had, they could have taken the time to take my name, look into it, make sure I knew what to order the 'next' time, etc.. Or they could have taken the information down about the order to at least try to update/modify the fit information so that others do not have the same issue or inconvenience. They could have taken note of the misleading product phot that clearly shows the new brake clips. But R1 Concepts did none of these things. I would have gladly exchanged the purchase for the correct parts. It could have been worked out easily. But R1 Concepts not even remotely interested in discussing or trying to help me.Then the R1 Concepts representative actually asked if there was "anything else I can help you with today?" as IF they had actually helped with anything at all. Are you kidding me? No, I am not kidding.It's a shame since as I indicated, the drilled and slotted rotors seemed decently made. But with such cavalier attitude about buyers of their products and such a classically bad approach to customer service, and trying to wash their hands of customers who bought from their store on a different platform, I can only say "Buyer BEWARE".I would not recommend buying this product or any product from R1 Concepts (at least from their Amazon store) until they revamp their customer service and review and verify their listings for proper fit. I cannot speak to buying from them directly, but I can not imagine that when problems arise, they handle it any better when purchased directly. If so, that raises separate issues - why are the selling their products and putting their brand on Amazon if they do not want to deal with customers who purchase through that platform? It is still their product. The label clearly reflected that the box shipped directly from their facility to Amazon, and then to me.There are numerous other options out there for your business and I would much rather deal with a company that cares; one that will take the time to resolve issues, or ensure others won't get screwed-up orders with wrong parts, or at least correct their listing, rather than a company that want to pass the blame and responsibility on to a e-tail platform that is nothing more than a middleman. Sadly, that was not my experience with R1 Concepts.

Easy install, came on time, reduced my vibration significantly and had no squeaking at first but after about a month the squeaking is insane!

Perfect fit. Relatively easy in and out. FedEx lost most of the package, but, the company sent out a replacement (contact the company in case of anything 😒). They work great for Atlanta traffic.

Got an open box with a discount price. Very good quality and sturdy builds. Improved the response immediately. Should be able to last longer then the ordinary rotors.
