I purchased this table runner to place under my large nativity set. I am super happy. I did have to iron the creases out from where it had been folded (use steam). It would work well on a dining room table with a rustic arrangement.

For Labor Day I’ve decided to make some ‘baby Yoda’ drinks for the kids. I was looking for this fabrics to dress the glasses. After finding some bad quality burlap at the hardware store, I found this one on Amazon. I took the chance, not really thinking it would look as good as their pictures. What a great surprise when I received it. The quality exceeded my expectation. It was folded in a plastic bag. It had a strong smell upon opening, but that was gone on the next day. (That didn’t bother my cat who lay down on it the minute I unpacked it. I didn’t have to iron it for my use, but would recommend ironing it if used as a table runner. For my future projects using burlap, I would buy this one again for sure!

I used this on our Thanksgiving table this year for our 8’ table. It looked great mixed with the dishes, lace underlay, and the table decor. That said, while I loved the look, the reality is it’s a piece of burlap- and had I paid attention, I could have just made this from my stash of burlap I already had. I’m not sure it was worth the cost- HOWEVER, the reality is I probably didn’t have enough time to even make my own, so cost wasn’t a factor when I purchased (and I don’t rate things down due to my inability to manage my time).The scent was strong- but thankfully I was able to let it air out for a few days before the dinner to minimize that. It wasn’t noticeable three days later.If you’re looking for a simple, rustic look, go with this one.

For the price this is a good item. One edge was not squarely cut so it'ssomewhat uneven and I don't want to cut it because the edge has a slight finish on it. It also smells strongly of like gasoline of something so I'm leaving it ourtside to air out before I need to use it. Will definitely serve it's purpose and is good enough for the price I paid.

Perfect texture. I used this as a filler in the basket of my faux ficus tree. Completes the plant without the ‘grass’ look.

Bought this as a runner for a bedroom tv console. It smelled so strong - kind of like something petroleum based I guess? In any case, it had a smell which did not go away even after airing out for several days. The smell was potent, unpleasant and smelled up the entire room and hallway. I threw it away and washed down console and it still took DAYS for the smell to disappear.
