My other Dansko shoes, while they did not fall apart after 20+ years (of standing, canning, cooking, cleaning, painting, gardening, kitchen tasks, about town), were getting thread bare, scrunched, severely stained and stretched with the heel slightly worn out. They are/were the second oldest shoes I own, but without a doubt the most worn over two decades (yes, that!). I treated myself to some new ones that might have more support, new heels etc. My old ones were discounted at REI and were a size 38, which at the time was a wee big. No matter. I wore them bare and even better, socks in winter. I loved them even though they were a dour grey with some cute stitching to liven them up.These are a 37, fit perfectly almost identical to my old ones and are BEA-U-TI-FUL. I slipped them on immediately after UPS delivered and oh my gosh: heaven! They are so pretty. I realize clogs don't have a lot of s*x appeal, but these are as pretty as they can be. I don't think they are leather (which my other ones were and which I greatly prefer for breathability and conforming to one's foot, but these will stand up pretty well for several years I believe. They are comfortable out of the box! Perfect size (if you are a true-true middle of the road size 7, these will fit). And oh so cute!

So comfortable and always gets me compliments at work. I wear these for my nursing shifts. Make sure you allow two fingers worth of room in the heel. My first pair of Danskos I bought the wrong size thinking they’re supposed to fit snug. I usually buy them on sale, but I had to have this color and finish. Worth every penny.

This is my new favorite shoe for walking the dog in rainy weather or not rainy weather. We do not walk miles and miles each time we walk, but rather around the neighborhood and I do have to be careful of little pinecones. We live in the PNW and I can just slip these on when she tells me it’s time to go outside again.Plus, I can wear them to work as well as to grocery shop and they match different outfits without me having to worry about the weather, or if I will be comfortable on my feet all day, which as a woman in her 60s with feet issues is becoming more important.

They’re beautiful. The red overlay isn’t as obvious as in the picture, which actually makes them even prettier. Typical Dansko XP 2.0: light, comfortable, great arch support, sturdy and very attractive.

I’m an ultrasound tech and an ultrasound instructor so I am on my feet all day long when I’m teaching and when I’m in a hospital so I need a comfortable shoe that also looked professional in dress pants. I decided to order these due to the good reviews and that they weren’t sneakers so they’d look good with dress pants. I ordered the caramel color but I feel like the actual shoe is much darker than the picture advertised. I was hoping for that light brown / tan color and I feel these are a normal brown. They feel comfortable so far and I appreciate the arch support I’m just disappointed with the color. Per the box they sent me the correct thing so it is what it is. The shoe is pretty tight on the tops of my feet but I’m hoping once I break them in more they’ll loosen up a bit. I ordered the 6.5-7, I’m normally a 7-7.5 but per the reviews I ordered down a little instead of up.

Hmm. Okay. I've started having some issues that resemble the pain in PF. While I'm not sure if that's what is it, I'd say that this shoe helped with the pain. However... one of the staples came off of the shoe after only 6 days. Also, the shoe is bigger than expected, which is okay, but my feet do not have enough room at the top, which makes me think it would be worse if I ordered a wide because that means it would be even bigger and then it would slip off. Another thing is that while the pain at the bottom of my foot got better, now my left toe is always numb after wearing the shoe all day. I've had shoes from Dansko before, but I am a little disappointed at how this one is going.
