UPDATE 03/14/2024: After writing my initial review, the seller reached out to me. They were extremely friendly and, without hassle, remedied the issue by sending me a new tumbler with a larger design. This was a gift for a friend's birthday. She used it in Cabo for the entire week and commented on how well the tumbler kept ice frozen, even when being out in the Mexican sun all day. Due to the excellent customer service and the quality of the product, I would definitely recommend it. Maybe just put a comment to the seller if you have a specific size lettering in mind? Not sure if that would be an option or not to remedy the size lettering issue. For reference, the second tumbler I received is still the 30 oz in teal but has Design #7. The single letter "D" is about 1 1/2 inches tall and the lettering below is about a 1/2 inch tall each or 1 inch tall total. The lettering is about 1 1/2 inches wide. The lighting in the photos makes the tumbler look like it is different colors, but the color in real life is more of a turquoise versus a mint or baby blue. The newest photos show it more true to color than the previous photos.02/29/2024: I was so excited to receive this tumbler as it is for a friend's 50th birthday gift. Upon receiving, I was disappointed that the lettering is VERY small and there is a mark on the powder coating that will not come off. The mark is quite small, but unfortunately it is directly underneath the lettering, so it is noticeable. As you can see from the attached photos, the overall lettering is only 1 inch in height. Although the color of the tumbler is spot on to the product photos, the small lettering looks out of place on the large tumbler. The product photos make the letters appear much larger than what is actually received. Crazy bummed since this item is not returnable. For reference, I purchased the 30 oz tumbler in teal and the lettering is Design #9.

These are nice with the custom lettering. We got one each for our kids and they like them. The hope is that they'll stop using so many cups, but that hasn't worked yet. :)

Cup itself is very nice but I ordered the rose gold and when it arrived it was burnt orange. However, I did gift a light pink one and it was true to color. Fits in my car cupholder.

I ordered the 30 oz. cup in rose gold. Received it before the estimated delivery date. It was well packaged, wrapped in bubble wrap, in a plain white box, and ready for gifting. However, the name was really small and you had to look close up to see it. Part of the issue was that my first name has 9 letters in it. So you might want to keep that fact in mind when selecting a design. However, my last name was the same letters as the design I picked and it was too small also. I sent a message to the seller about the situation. I received a response within 12 hours from Ivy in customer service. She was so kind and understanding. She was respectful and determined to make sure that I was happy with my cup. I picked a different design and a brighter color, hot pink. I received a new cup in just a few days. The cup is easy to hold and keeps my water cold for hours. I sat it on my front porch rail, in direct sunlight for about 4 hours and when I drank from it, it was just as cold as when I brought it outside. It was 97° outside yesterday. I haven't used it for hot beverages, so I can't say how long it lasts for hot drinks. The stainless steel straw is awesome! Definately worth the extra dollars. It comes with 2 straws, one that is straight and one that has a curve (30 to 45 degree angle) to it. I don't have to worry about it getting smashed. It even comes with a small brush for cleaning the inside of the straw. I really love my cup because everyone knows it's mine! If I thought that putting my name on a bright pink cup would get my 3 grown Sons to leave it alone, I was sadly mistaken. Now it's their favorite target, just to mess with me! I haven't been treated so well by a company in a very long time. Thank you to Ivy and her team for making me feel like a person and not just an order number. I will definitely be a return customer!
