This fits our 2007 RX350 perfectly. It came with the rubber gasket already installed.I wish it had come with new acorn nuts, I was able to get some at a local hardware store for 50¢ each.It looks great and my wife is very happy!

Fit perfectly , easy to install

Came with some cracks in the chrome trim at the stress point in the center and 2 spots on the top edge weren't flush with the rubber surround - not a deal breaker unless you're a perfectionist and it's for a show car.The cool factor is that this piece was ALL chrome underneath the gray painted area, meaning with a little elbow grease and some paint stripper, you can have a FULL chrome grill for $47.I only removed the paint from every third vertical line just like the original that was on my Special Edition RX330, looks great now!

Nice quality part

I was shocked at the low price of this perfect replacement part. A flying stone from a dump truck took out my wife's RX330 grill like a smart bomb. The $95 price made it foolish to enlist the insurance company. Mounting studs were exactly aligned. Only nit is that new cap nuts weren't provided. Putting the old rusted nuts on the shiny new grill seemed sacrilegious!

It is not chromed on the individual bars like the original grill this one is only chromed on the very outer ring and not on the vertical bars in the grill. Does not come with nuts to put grill on car

Although I have not yet installed it, it appears to be an exact match of the original. Will update at a future date.

Easy to install. Just make sure u keep the bolts/ screws from the previous grill.
