I purchased the Philips Modern Loop Rabbit Ears Indoor TV Antenna to cut the cord and was pleasantly surprised by how well it performs! Setup was a breeze—just plug it in, extend the dipoles, and scan for channels. The 15-inch extendable dipoles help pull in both VHF and UHF channels, and I was able to get crystal-clear 4K and 1080P reception on my smart TV.The signal quality is impressive, even in an area where reception can be spotty. I was able to pick up all my local channels, including major networks like ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX, with no issues. I live in kenmore about eleven miles north of Seattle. For twenty bucks you can't beat this antenna.I just stuck it on my t.V and then ran the scan and I got three local channels and 3 that program old tv shows. For the cost this outshines basic cable.AND i haven't even worked with moving the atenna around to see what other channels i get. IDitched basic cable TV about 6 months ago. And now I can get clear signals of channels. Especially Kiro 7 (a news channel).Easy. Cute. Clear directions.What's great that it is reminiscent of those antennas that you used to have back in the fifties and sixties.

-Great value for an indoor antenna.-Very easy to install. If you have ever attached a webcam to the top edge of a computer monitor this design will be very familiar to you-The modern design and top edge TV mount blends well aesthetically.-Actual performance will vary depending on where you live and how high you mount the antenna. Do not believe any unrealistic channel claims for any indoor antenna. In GENERAL, if you live within 20miles of a major city and you mount this antenna directly on top of a TV located on the 1st floor you should expect at get all of the major network channels and some additional channels. The higher you mount the antenna the more channels you will receive and the better the signal quality. If you live near a cell phone tower I also recommend buying a LTE/5G coax filter to reduce interference (can be found for under $20). I suggest searching online for TV towers in your area, easy to find maps. If you have towers within 20miles this is all you need, if you are further away you may need to mount it higher or get a larger antenna AND mount it higher.My personal results...I live about 20miles north of Detroit, right on the edge of good range. When I mounted the antenna directly on top of my TV I was getting 18 channels, 4 of which were in HD. I added a cable extension and moved the antenna on top of a nearby cabinet hidden from view about 8ft off the ground and now I get 53 channels, 5 of which are in HD. About half of those channels are just 24hour infomercials but the rest OK. Much better than expected, best purchase I've made this year so far.If you mostly stream and just use cable for local news and major networks this is a no-brainer. Get it and cancel your cable subscription, we're saving about $80 per month. This antenna paid for itself in just a couple weeks.

I bought this antenna with the idea of returning it. I carefully opened the package and remembered where parts went.I had purchased a smart TV and since I don't have cable, I knew I needed an indoor antenna. From Amazon, I got the first indoor antenna (about $35). Living in NYC, the antenna scanned for quite a few stations, but failed to pick local channels 7 (ABC) and 11 (CW). I moved the antenna all over the room with no results. I looked online and found these two stations were more difficult to pick up than the others. One site suggested getting old-fashioned rabbit ears.I ordered this one for HALF the price with the idea of returning it, since I didn't have a lot of confidence in it. At first, I was disappointed that the cord was only about 5 feet long. How could I move it around the room and also, there was no external power. Well...the antenna worked great. Channels 7 and 11 are coming in fine, and I hung the antenna on the wall, right above the screen.

This was a good choice of all the antennas I considered. Well packaged; quality look and feel; easy to install with good directions. I attached to the top of my TV and the slim design makes it almost disappear. Plus it doesn't take up counter or table space. Scanning for channels was simple with plain directions. Quickly found 70 channels with clear reception. I understand location makes a difference, but I don't know what percentage that plays here. The TV is on the ground floor of a two-story, on flat terrain, and no tall buildings nearby. It's a few feet from a big patio window and not close to large obstructions or appliances.

The media could not be loaded. We bought like three types of antennas on our journey to cord cutting and this was far and away the best result and was the cheapest of our options as well. Because you can move the ears there’s a precision we felt was lacking with some of the flat/wall mounted antennas. We now get all of our staple stations (ABC,NBC,FOX, and CBS) as well as some random stations like Ion, Bounce, local broadcast etc. We were able to watch the end of the regular NFL Season, Super Bowl, award show season all with crystal clear picture and for a FRACTION of what it would’ve cost us to pay for via a streaming service or cable package. It DID take a few weeks of experimentation (days where we’d get some channels during a scan and not others, accepting that if we wanted all channels I couldn’t put the antenna in the most aesthetically pleasing place), but we now get all channels consistently and clearly.I have yapped to every person I’ve known about this, and it feels like the greatest money-saving hack I’ve ever come across.

Does It gets me about four channels not the ones I want either no Fox no CBS I get 10 ABCs and three NDCs
