Black paint flakes off
The paint all flakes off eventually even if just handwashed.

At least you can't cut yourself with a knife this dull.
So I bought this to have on a trip in a camper for a quick set of knives. NEVER have I been so disappointed. Thought maybe it was just one knife. Hell, it was all three. absolute WASTE of time and money. Its obvious that they are writing there own reviews because nobody could actually endorse this product with a straight face.

Great knives for tough chopping.
Love that these knives cut through ginger root easily. I chop a lot of ginger root regularly for ginger tea. Be careful and curl those fingers when using as these are very sharp.
