National Public Seating Set of 2 Charcoal Gray Folding Chair Furniture for Outside Outdoor Patio or Indoor Office/Dining Room, 3210

We got two of the chairs in our first buy several weeks ago, March 11, 2015. I am very impressed with the quality of construction and weight of material. They look high quality and nice, too. We have a Home Group that lasts about 2 hours. Both the light and the heavy people who have used these chairs have told us that they are comfortable. One of our taller and heavier guys was impressed with their sturdiness. The material is Scotchguarded which is nice since we often eat while we meet. I was so impressed that I ordered another two March 21st, to which this review is attached. I'll update this after we used them for a while.Update: July 2, 2015 I have now replaced all the stacking chairs we had for guests with these - 6 sets of 2 each. They continue to be 5 star. I noted recently that some other folding chairs in a meeting hall did not have upholstering on the back side of the back rest. These do have upholstery front and back on the back rest, and they look very nice. Also, I might note that they are packed well. All have arrived undamaged despite some obvious hits on their cartons.Update: 5/2/2017 One of the plastic expansion plugs with a screw in it that holds the bottom of the back rest in place came out of the back rest, and I cannot get it back in. This happened on 5 of my 12 chairs. I contacted National Public Seating and sent them pictures of the problem. It turned out that all were in the same lot. They replaced the 6 chairs I had in that lot immediately, without any hassle, and without having to return the chairs with the problem.Update 9/3/21The dozen plus chairs we have had since 2015 and 2017 have held up great. A minor problem with one of the expansion plugs in one seat back, but that is all, and it does not impact the use of the chairs. The seat cushions are like new both in look and compression. I am sorry that the one person in Nov 2020 had such a problem. We have had 200 lb plus people use them for hours without a problem. Since theirs are not monitored for use and are used in group settings, I have to wonder if the seats were weakened by a heavy person standing in the middle of a seat, or some other kind of abuse. As I wrote earlier, we had great customer service.

I’m very pleased with this purchase. This product is very sturdy. This cushioned seat is very comfortable and it has very strong back support.

One thing that I have always hated about folding chairs is that you end up sitting lower than the chairs they are supplementing. Our poker/game table came with 4 nice chairs which tilt, swivel, have arms, etc. The seat cushions are nearly 2 inches thick. I can insert 4 of these thickly padded folding chairs alternating with my poker table chairs and they fit perfectly, allowing 4 additional players to be comfortably seated around an octagon table and those in the folding chairs are seated at the same height as the people sitting in the original game table chairs. They work great as additional dining chairs also, more padding than a standard folding chair and more comfortable. They are very sturdy, easily supporting our guests who weigh more than 250 lbs.

Purchased these in December 2016. Love them. I am so impressed with the quality and durability*. Came assembled. Good craftsmanship. One chair we use daily and the other occasionally, both are durable. The fabric repels most stains.I needed a chair that wouldn't tip easily and was stable rising and sitting for my mother. She had a stroke in 2016. She is basically one handed now and her balance was affected somewhat. These chairs are fine for her!*Two issues 1) A few weeks after I received these, I noticed one side of the back had become separated slightly. I examined them when they arrived. This is a very minor issue to me.2) A sound become apparent at some point when sitting and rising. When all is quiet, it becomes annoying. About 5 months ago, I used WD-40 on all the parts that looked like they could take WD-40. Worked!Definitely would purchase these chairs again.

Very comfortable chairs. I use one at the desktop computer and one for my craft table. They have also been used for additional chairs at my dining table. They are very comfortable for sitting a long time like when I'm working on my crafts. My brother-in-law used it, when they visited for a few days, as his dining room chair. He said it was a good soft seat and it was sturdy enough to hold him and he weighs well over 200 lbs. I'm very happy with this purchase.

At first this chair was great - comfortable seat and good support. However, after a mere 3 months, the plywood bottom broke and the seat completely collapsed. This was for a normal sized adult, so this really didnt hold up that well. That said, I did contact the Manufacturer who is replacing the chair - no questions asked. So I'm improving my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.

Offering an industry leading 10 year full warranty"Yeah, blah, blah, blah... well, the back of the chair has a MOLLY with a screw that after a few seating's, all the chairs Molly pulled apart with the screw (See Pictures) and btw they are rated for 300lbs and NONE of the individuals using these chairs are close to that weight -Attempted to contact seller, manufacturer? no response - FINALLY every-time I utilize these chairs (and using duct tape to hold the backs together-embarrassing) I had enough and wrote this reviewI know these are not high end chairs BUT really? MOLLY'S that pull apart after less than a month of use?Frustrated and looking for others after wasting $330+ on this JUNK...STAY AWAY -

Ordered for my mom who uses them at her bridge table as well as her dining table for additional seating. The chair height of these chairs is perfect! Also they are very well made - frame is sturdy and quality materials have used on the upholstered seats and chair backs with good seat firmness. Pricey but worth it if you want quality long-lasting chairs.

chairs are great although very misleading on the order. It does mention that the chairs come in a carton of two although the calculation of $32/chair leads a buyer to believe there are 4 chairs in the order and not 2. I noted that other similar products had the same calculation which represented the actual number of chairs. Very disappointed.

I was not excepting much ordering two folding chairs. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and the clean style. I would recommend these chairs. They are sturdy and material is great!

I kneeled on the seat and my knee went right through the cheap particle board under the cushion. The chairs are quite comfortable to sit on though.

I really like this product. I have had quest a couple times and they really thought they were comfortable and sturdy.
