I bought this Bluetooth because I lost my Plantronics. I seem to have lost several of them lately so I decided I would go with a cheaper one this time. It really hurts my feelings to lose an expensive Bluetooth. The item came very quickly and the packaging was perfect. It came almost fully charged and it easily paired with my Android phone in 2 seconds. The battery life has been amazing! I never have to worry if my Bluetooth is going to die in the middle of a conversation. The earpiece is very comfortable and lightweight. It comes with enough extra ear foams of different sizes that there should be no problem finding one that will fit anyone's ear comfortably. This is a very good device with good sound but I gave it 4 stars because of 3 things. First, the sound is a slight bit fuzzy and the voice coming through the device is a little sharp. Second, I could hear more background noise than I had anticipated and third, when it is turned on, it defaults to a very high volume which can be startling. That is easy enough to fix but if you're not expecting it, it will shock you. All in all, this is a great item.

This headset is a must buy if your in the market for one. Many years ago I bought a cheap bluetooth headset thinking there couldn't be much of a difference in them as they're were so many on the market. It was horrible. The sound quality was bad, people couldn't hear me, it hurt to wear; all in all just a terrible experience. From that point on I've only used expensive headsets from companies like Jabra and Plantronics, and always paying upwards of hundreds of dollars a pop. That was until a month ago. My last headset finally gave up the ghost and I found myself in the market for another one. After reading many reviews I thought I'd give the Icomtofit G3 a try, and boy was I impressed. The sound quality is great, the battery will last me almost an entire week on a single charge (I use it while I'm driving, so about an hour a day), and it's super comfortable. It comes with a handful of different ear gels so you can get the right fit. It also comes in a hinged plastic case to protect it when you're not wearing it. And not that it should ever be an issue, as most people keep their phone near them when using a headset, but the range on the G3 is incredible. I was talking to a friend one evening and ran into a store, completely forgetting that I had dropped my phone into the cupholder in the truck. I was almost to the back of the store (probably 50-70 ft. away) before I started experiencing issues with the call quality. It never disconnected and once I got back outside the store, the audio quality was immediately repaired. All that to say that if you're looking for a new bluetooth headset, look no further.

I'm spending more time on the phone in the Covid 19 world that we find ourselves in, and I can wear this headset all day. Sometimes, I forget that I have it on. The first couple of ear pads that I tried were not comfortable, but it comes with five different sizes/styles, and the third one that I tried worked really well.Sound levels are good, and it connects to other devices easily, but it occasionally seems to have issues with connecting to my phone when it is already connected to my PC (usually it will connect to two devices at the same time). When that happens, it shows to be connected to both devices, but others don't seem to hear my voice. When that occurs, disconnecting from the PC seems to fix the problem. I seem to experience this issue when the headset has been in use for some time and I change from using it with the PC to using it with the phone. So, it may be a low battery problem, but I haven't been using them long enough to conclusively determine the conditions that cause the issue.It seems to be well made and sturdy. Mostly, it works quite well for me, and I am very happy with it. I use it, every work day.

Why spend the High $$ when there's no need, right?This is why I initially purchased one of these for my wife in the early summer of 2019. She loved it and wanted to buy another for her mom for Christmas, which we did. She also loves it. With hers came a coupon scratch- off (I assume for the holidays) for a free gift. It happened to be for another headset, which I just received the other day. I also love it and has came in handy multiple times already.Why do all of us love it?, here why:1) Price is very affordable and justifiable in our opinions2) The clarity is perfect, you can hear the person clearly and have no issues3) You do not have to have your outside voice to talk on it, more importantly you can actually talk in a little softer voice and be heard better then even in a normal voice4) No issues talking outside when there's a breeze, it must have some noise cancelling features in the MIC5) Seems to be very adapting to your ear, whichever one to decides to place at6) Seems to be well built. No issues with any of the three our family has.7) Plays music from your phone and has volume control along with mute on the headset if needed to adjust or use.8) When driving, you can configure google maps to play thru your bluetooth when connected. And it works fine thru this headset when i'm drivingCons:1) Minor. The case it comes in doesn't fit all the ear pc adapters that come with the unit. Which, once you figure out which one you like, you don't change out anyway so i don't see the need to carry all these anyway. (comes with 5 I believe and you have a place for 2 in the holder, plus the one on the headset)2) Minor but worth mentioning. The charging cord is short (less than 12") has USB plug on one end, you'll need to have something where this can plug into to charge with. No Issues for us three, we have that.3) Again Minor. Charging cord doesn't have a spot in the case to carry eitherI would most definitely buy this again if I had to!! you won't go wrong.
