The book is much smaller than I anticipated. The print is really hard to read. My daughter has vision issues and was so upset. We ended up purchasing a magnification device to help her be able to see it.

My little one loves horses , and she wanted to learn as much, and about as many as possible. This book is great. It has many pictures, facts and information about different breeds.

Current vet student looking to specialize in equine medicine. This book actually has a lot of good info that I learned about in equine anatomy, so it was a good refresher. I found it to be accurate and a good starting point for those who don’t know anything about horses (just as I didn’t when I first started vet school). But now I love horses and I want to know everything about them! It’s a good reference guide for sure

Bought for my nice. Not a great book. The basic level of the info is not a problem, my niece is a new rider, but there is just so little information. For a book this size, much more should and could be covered. Very disappointed.
