I won't be going back to compression shorts and cup. This thing is fast to throw on and off, higher protection than just a cup, and allows free movement and breathability!

Of the few groin protectors I have gone through in my life. This is the one I plan to purchase again and again. Aswell as continue to recommend to those I meet like I did my with my sparring partner. It fits great and stays in place well, even after getting a swift kick or knee to the groin. The small padding that sits above the cup although feels flimsy makes a big difference when getting hit in the lower stomach. As it shows in the image the abdominal padding, since its all one piece also helps to keep the cup steady and keep it from rolling over to either side as you move or throw any kicks. Lastly the cup itself curves and narrows a bit down under in between your legs which helps prevent any groin kicks from getting up underneath it.

I never intended to use this for MMA, yet it's protection is a must for your most sensitive areas, even after surgery.After my surgery 4 days ago involving removing a hydro cell (orange sized) from my left testicle, this has taken place of the hospital supplied jock strap fitted with about 8 gauze pads that I was required to wear for 3 days. The hospital jock strap dug into my legs/thighs and was a painful experience. This groin protector feels like wearing silk boxers in comparison.Gauze, briefs, sweat wicking boxers, and this have given me the only support and protection I have needed since. Just a billion layers is all fellas T_T. As a rather big gentleman over 230lb at 5'8" 172.72cms. The large straps are comfortable and the cup itself is large enough to withstand the swelling that has and will continue to occur over the next serveal months.My 50 lb dog that I can't keep off me, puts his paws onto my legs and lower torso to get closer to give kisses, this has been less of a worry while wearing this product. My tuxedo cat, with my luck, is also a lap cat. He can come up for pets also :) . Not sure this will withstand a Judo kick from Joe Rogan directly to the groin, yet it certainly worked in my situation.In closing: great price, fast shipping, and seemingly one of the largest cup sizes I could find on amazon or anywhere (it fit me pre-surgery).

This works great for a quick change into sparring gear and slips right over top of your pants. Well made, snug, but not constricting. The large fits me great and I am 175lbs med build.

It may work for some, but it was very hard to move around in. A loss of mobility with this. It’s well made, and it may just be me.

Although the product does do its job well, I would say that the sizes are not US sizes (even if they're meant to be). Also even if you do get a perfectly fitting product there is just TOO much protection. I never thought I would say that, but damn -- you could get yoinked with a baseball bat multiple times to the groin and you wouldn't feel a thing.That is both a plus and a negative. I gave the product 3 stars for the protection, but also took off 1 star for TOO much protection (makes it too bulky and heavy) and took off 1 star for sizing.Would recommend if you really do get beat up hard in that area or have something down there that needs immense protection.

Good comfort, fits tightly which is what you want so there is no sliding or movement during martial arts activity
