The first one arrived with a broken pen and the tablet would not sync. I thought the problem might be related to whatever broke the pen, so I ordered a replacement.The replacement arrived with a working pen. But it still won't connect to anything. The iOS app explicitly says it doesn't support this device and says to use the desktop app. The desktop app won't interact with it at all. Even examining the USB bus directly shows that this drawing tablet is not doing anything but charging over USB.So lets try Bluetooth.It doesn't appear at all on MacOS Bluetooth, but can be discovered under Linux. The Linux machine shows a Bluetooth connection, but pairing never completes on the device side. It just blinks forever and never interacts with the Wacom drivers at all.Buy this if you a pad of paper, a crummy pen, and a pile of electronics to poke at. If you want to use this as an actual drawing tablet, run away.

This is an amazing product don't get me wrong, but pen and paper replacement are required from another company, no FAQ anymore even on the website of the company. When a product is good don't drop it for the next one and stop supporting the previous one, you are not building trust to get the next one even. Maintain your product, fine not selling it anymore, but support customers that still have it, or we know you won't support the current products for long, and will not shop for them.

Great for an aspiring artist. Bought for my daughter for a Christmas gift and she loves it. Easy and fast setup!!

It is very frustrating with the limited instructions that come with this very technical pad. Take the time to look on the Wacom website and read any and all information first. This is a simple concept for someone like my granddaughter ho loves to draw on pencil and paper. Because you can draw on the paper, it's easier to see what you are drawing and it is not a slick finish. My granddaughter has trouble drawing on drawing tablets and ipads with a drawing app because of the slickness of the glass. It is easy to use once you can get it hooked up and communicating with your computer.

The software is no longer supported, and the pen literally fell apart within days. It just sat on my desk and fell apart didn't even get to sketch anything. If you are reading this today, know that you are at least 5 years too late on this product no matter how much of a deal you think you'll get from the original MSRP.

The manufacturer should update the web description of the Wacom Sketchbook Pro to show THIS IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THEIR APP. I wasted my time and now I have to return this item!
