Each is the Weight Specified... for 6# each one is 6#
I bought the 6# weights and each one is 6 #s. The covering is excellent texture. They do not roll of the floor, the purposeful flat spots give them stability.Do be aware that one is better off with lighter weights unless you have already built up your muscles. I use the 20 reps rule... remember by the 20th lift they are heaver than the first few reps. If you are just starting, then use a container with water to judge the weight to buy. A gallon of water weights 8 # so quart is 2 pounds, half gallon 4#. This will help you decide which to buy.

Pumping yellow iron
Went from 3 to 4 pounds who would have thought it would several weeks for my arms to adjust and get stronger. They fit nicely in their holder and easily available. Work outs have really been noticeably harder but worth it.

Cheap and plastic but works
For the price it does the job and clears up the clutter of loose weights well. Plastic but it’s holding up well so far after about a month.
