Good quality
Image is pristine. Cup is heavier than I thought it would be and of good quality. Perfect size for a good cup of coffee. It’s not a travel mug. It is a sit around the kitchen, chit chatting with company, mug!

The writing was half gone on both sides of the cup. The printer must not have aligned correctly during production. Sending back

There was only half of the print on the mug!
I got one of these a few years ago, and it is a great cup. But I ordered three for Christmas, but when they came, one was broken, and only about half of the print was on the mug. It said," Sorry for", and then it had half of a cow, and then, " When we". Idk if it will be the same or different for you.
