Purchased DROK Voltage Test Monitor, 2 pcs Plug in Digital Volt Meter one week ago. Works as described. Bought one for my RV and home (bigger RV). Very bright display easy to read. Appears to be accurate as I checked it against my multi meter. Monitor showed 119 volts and multi meter showed 119.2 volts. Time will tell how long they last as the back light is a constant on. Works for my purpose. Based on my initial short experience with this I would recommend.

Simple and convenient way to keep an eye on campground voltage supply

My RV has a generator that works great, but just one problem: It is very hard when driving the RV to tell if it is running or not. I mean, there is an hour meter on the dash that clicks every 30 seconds or so, but you cannot see it or barely hear it when driving.This little voltage monitor was just what I needed. I plugged it into an electric outlet near the passenger side floorboard with a 90 degree adapter to make the display face me while driving. Now when not plugged into a power source the display is blank. Start the generator and voila, I have an indicator that is easy to see whether or not the generator is running. Peace of mind that food in the refrigerator won't be spoiled when I arrive at my destination. Is it accurate? It seems so, but I really don't care about accuracy for my specific use. It just works !!!

This AC line voltmeter has gotten tons of great reviews because it does the job of monitoring outlet voltage and serves as a nightlight. The backlight is always on, but it draws .4 watts/.009 amps using my Energy meter and the readout is within a volt of what the Energy meter indicates it's well within published specs. Nice thing about it is that it ranges from 90V to 300V which covers standard domestic outlet voltages ranging from 100V to 240V. Might be handy for overseas travel just to see what the local power is like. 2 of these for $15 is a bargain. Size of the digits is 3 cm high making it reasonably readable.

It's a little bright. I was originally going to put it in my bedroom, but aside from being a little too bright. it's also hard to read from the other side of the room. Instead, I put it in the bathroom (there's an outlet above the counter there), and I've made a habit of glancing at it any time I enter the bathroom for any reason.This works pretty well, and now I'll be able to monitor for extended surges. (I've had extended surges a few times before which I caught by chance, and wanted to monitor to see if it's something which happens often, as this could damage home electronics).

This little voltmeter is a great value and I simply don't understand why anybody would want to spend more than they need to..As an electronics engineer let me assure you that the old adage "you get what you pay for" more often than not is nothing more than marketing hype.Let's be honest AC voltage meters aren't state-of-the-art technology it's actually been around for quite some time.My only real concern is safety as this particular meter does not appear to have passed any insurance safety standards testing as I did not see any certifications for UL/ ETL/ FCC/ CE..With that said it's such a simple device that I'm not overly concerned with it.Be aware that most homeowners and RV insurance policies prohibit the use of non UL for non ETL listed devices.In other words if the device causes a fire your insurance company can void your insurance and refuse to cover the damage.As such it's always wise to check with your insurance company and see what their policy is regarding the use of non UL, non ETL listed line-level products..I really didn't need this device as I have a complete Electronics lab full of very precise equipment but I'm kind of a test equipment junkie and was curious to see what I was going to get for five bucks..I have to say I'm relatively impressed, its accuracy is as good as anything I've seen at three times the price. As such I have no problem recommending it.The only problem with digital meters is that they react to slowly to see fluctuations in power levels. As such I always recommend using an analog gauge in combination with a digital gauge.The analog gauge will show you rapid fluctuations in voltage that can indicate a problem while the digital gauge gives you a reference of the instantaneous voltage. If you ever visit a nuclear power plant you will notice that they use a combination of digital gauges and analog gauges on the same measurements for precisely this reason.Anyhow the bottom line is it's well worth the money.

Excellent Product. Easy to read. It is in my RV. I can monitor and quickly read the voltage in the system. I have solar power with an inverter that I only turn on when I’m using it. What I hadn’t anticipated was that this little tool has reminded me many times that I’ve left the inverter on. It is also a super voltage monitoring tool when you’re hooked up to shore power. No more wondering how the voltage varies when we are hooked up. I also use a voltage protection device on the shore power panel because you can’t be too careful when it comes to shore power delivered to your RV. As a friend enlightened me to, it is far more likely that your appliances (such as your Air Conditioner) will be damaged from LOW power than from a power SURGE. This little device helps you monitor the voltage. It is one of the best additions I’ve made to the RV. And for the price, you’re not going to break the bank adding this to your RV.

Easy to read. Comes within 1-2 volts of my voltmeter. Not sure which is correct but this is plenty accurate and EASY TO READ, even from across the room.Very happy with this purchase.
